Agents for modulating methyl modifying enzymes, compositions and uses thereof are provided herein.

A method of treating a subject with breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer, renal cell carcinoma, bladder cancer, melanoma, or lymphoma, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a compound of the formula: 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
       
       or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
