Claims
Abstract
A display system is provided and includes a base, a collapsible support structure, a spinner connector, and a modular panel. The collapsible support structure connects with the base, and the spinner connector receives the collapsible support structure. The spinner connector independently moves around the collapsible support structure. The modular panel is removably connected to the spinner connector such that the modular panel can also move independent of the collapsible support structure.

1. A display system, comprising:
a display support structure supported and extending upward from a floor;
a plurality of modular display panels positioned adjacent to each other and extending from the display support structure, each modular panel having:
a panel body with a front surface displayed outward from the display support structure; and
a plurality of fastener receiving passageways extending through the panel body; and
a plurality of modular display panel connectors unsupported by and not in contact with the display support structure and connecting the plurality of modular display panels from a rear planar surface side of the plurality of modular display panels, each modular panel connector having:
a connector plate with a front planar surface positioned along the rear planar surface side of the plurality of modular display panels; and
a plurality of fastener receiving through holes extending through the connector plate and corresponding to the plurality of fastener receiving passageways of the adjacently positioned modular display panels.
2. The display system according to claim 1 , further comprising a press-fit fastener positioned through the fastener receiving through hole and secured to a section of one of the plurality of modular panel in a press-fit manner using one of the plurality of fastener receiving passageways.
3. The display system according to claim 1 , wherein the press-fit fastener includes a lever and a rubber washer expandable by a movement of the lever.
4. The display system according to claim 3 , wherein the press-fit fastener further includes a shaft connected to the lever and extending through one of the plurality of fastener receiving through holes and the rubber washer.
5. The display system according to claim 4 , wherein the shaft is connected to cap at an opposite end than the lever.
6. The display system according to claim 5 , wherein the shaft is a screw.
7. The display system according to claim 6 , wherein the cap is a nut corresponding to the screw.
8. The display system according to claim 4 , wherein the rubber washer is larger than the plurality of fastener receiving through holes and smaller than the plurality of fastener receiving passageways.
9. The display system according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of fastener receiving passageways are positioned along an outer perimeter of the panel body.
10. The display system according to claim 1 , wherein the outer planar surface sits flush with the rear planar surfaces of the plurality of modular display panels.
11. The display system according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of modular display panels extend vertically within the display support structure and are positioned adjacent to each other along a common plane.
12. A display system, comprising:
a display support structure;
a plurality of modular display panels extending from the display support structure, each modular display panel having:
a panel body; and
a plurality of fastener receiving passageways extending through the panel body;
a plurality of modular display panel connectors isolated from the display support structure and connecting the plurality of modular display panels; the plurality of modular display panel connectors disposed on only one side of the plurality of modular display panels, each modular panel connector having:
a connector plate with an outer planar surface; and
a plurality of fastener receiving through holes extending through the connector plate and corresponding to the plurality of fastener receiving passageways of adjacently positioned modular display panels; and
a plurality of press-fit fasteners each including a lever and a rubber washer, the rubber washer inserted through the fastener receiving through holes and expandable by a movement of the lever to secure to the plurality of modular display panels in a press-fit manner in one of the plurality of fastener receiving passageways.
13. The display system according to claim 12 , wherein the press-fit fastener further includes a shaft connected to the lever and extending through one of the plurality of fastener receiving through holes and the rubber washer.
14. The display system according to claim 13 , wherein the shaft is connected to cap at an opposite end than the lever.
15. The display system according to claim 12 , wherein the plurality of fastener receiving passageways are positioned along an outer perimeter of the panel body.
16. The display system according to claim 12 , wherein the plurality of modular display panels extend vertically downward from the display support structure and are positioned adjacent to each other along a common plane.
17. The display system according to claim 1 , wherein the connector plate is positioned between the plurality of modular display panels positioned adjacent to each other such that the plurality of fastener receiving through holes correspond with the fastener receiving passageways of a first adjacently positioned modular panel and a second adjacently positioned modular panel.
18. A display system, comprising:
a collapsible support structure extending upward from a floor;
a plurality of modular display panels extending downward from the collapsible support structure and aligned along a common axial plane, each modular panel having:
a panel body with a front surface displayed outward from the collapsible support structure; and
a plurality of fastener receiving passageways extending through the panel body; and
a plurality of modular display panel connectors unsupported by and not in contact with the collapsible support structure and abutting the plurality of modular display panels, the plurality of modular display panel connectors wholly positioned on another side of the common axial plane than the plurality of modular display panels, each modular panel connector having:
a connector plate with an outer planar surface positioned along and abutting planar surfaces of adjacent positioned plurality of modular display panels; and
a plurality of fastener receiving through holes positioned along an outer perimeter of the connector plate and extending there-through, each fastener receiving through hole corresponds to one of the plurality of fastener receiving passageways of the adjacently positioned modular display panels.
19. A display system, comprising:
a collapsible support structure;
a plurality of modular display panels extending downward from the collapsible support structure, each modular panel having:
a panel body; and
a plurality of fastener receiving passageways extending through the panel body; and
a plurality of modular display panel connectors unsupported by and not in contact with the collapsible support structure, connecting the plurality of modular display panels, and disposed on only one side of the plurality of modular display panels, each modular panel connector having:
a connector plate with an outer planar surface positioned along planar surfaces of adjacent positioned plurality of modular display panels; and
a plurality of fasteners positioned along an outer perimeter of the connector plate and extending through one of the plurality of fastener receiving passageways of the adjacently positioned modular display panels.
20. The display system according to claim 2 , wherein the plurality of modular display panel connectors are solely secured to the plurality of modular display panels.
21. The display system according to claim 12 , wherein the plurality of modular display panel connectors are solely secured to the plurality of modular display panels.
22. The display system according to claim 18 , wherein the plurality of modular display panel connectors are solely secured to the plurality of modular display panels.
23. The display system according to claim 19 , wherein the plurality of modular display panel connectors are solely secured to the plurality of modular display panels.
24. A display system, comprising:
a collapsible support structure supported by a floor;
a plurality of modular display panels positioned adjacent to each other and extending from the collapsible support structure, each modular panel having:
a panel body; and
a plurality of fastener receiving passageways extending through the panel body; and
a plurality of modular display panel connectors unsupported by and not in contact with the collapsible support structure and connecting adjacent panels of the plurality of modular display panels from one side of the plurality of modular display panels, each modular panel connector having:
a connector plate with an outer planar surface positioned along rear planar surfaces of the plurality of modular display panels; and
a plurality of fastener receiving through holes extending through the connector plate and corresponding to the plurality of fastener receiving passageways of the adjacently positioned modular display panels.
25. A display system, comprising:
a display support structure having a plurality of support pieces that connect together to form an external frame and extend upward from a floor;
a plurality of modular display panels positioned adjacent to each other and extending from the external frame, each modular panel having:
a panel body; and
a plurality of fastener receiving passageways extending through the panel body; and
a plurality of modular display panel connectors unsupported and not in contact with the display support structure and connecting adjacent panels of the plurality of modular display panels, each modular panel connector having:
a connector plate with an outer planar surface positioned along rear planar surfaces of the plurality of modular display panels; and
a plurality of fastener receiving through holes extending through the connector plate and corresponding to the plurality of fastener receiving passageways of the adjacently positioned modular display panels.
26. A display system, comprising:
a display support structure having a plurality of support pieces that connect together to form an external frame and extend upward from a floor;
a plurality of modular display panels positioned adjacent to each other and extending from the display support structure, each modular panel having:
a panel body; and
a plurality of fastener receiving passageways extending through the panel body;
a plurality of first connectors unsupported and not in contact with the display support structure and connecting the plurality of modular display panels, each first connector having:
a connector plate with an outer planar surface positioned along rear planar surfaces of the plurality of modular display panels; and
a plurality of fastener receiving through holes extending through the connector plate and corresponding to the plurality of fastener receiving passageways of the adjacently positioned modular display panels; and
a plurality of second connectors connecting the plurality of modular display panels and supported and in contact with one of the plurality of support pieces.Cited by (0)
