Abstract
This work vehicle (tractor), which is provided with an engine and an accelerator pedal capable of changing the operational state of the engine, and is configured to be free to travel by means of an operation of the accelerator pedal by an operator, is equipped with a display near an operator's seat, said display being configured to be capable of displaying a screen (travel customization screen) for selecting whether or not to allow travel in conjunction with the accelerator.

1. A work vehicle comprising:
an engine;
an acceleration operation device configured to change an operational state of the engine so that the work vehicle travels by an operation of the acceleration operation device by an operator;
a transmission;
a shift operation device configured to change an operational mode of the transmission; and
a display disposed near a seat for the operator; and
wherein:
the display is configured to display a screen for selecting whether an accelerator interlocked traveling mode is allowed for each operational mode of the shift operation device;
while the accelerator interlocked traveling mode is allowed, a traveling speed of the work vehicle is changeable by operation of the acceleration operation device; and
while the accelerator interlocked traveling mode is not allowed, the traveling speed is unchangeable by operation of the acceleration operation device.
2. The work vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein switching for selecting not to allow the accelerator interlocked traveling mode is unable to be performed on the display while the work vehicle is traveling.
3. A system for operating a work vehicle, the system comprising:
a controller configured to selectively set an accelerator interlock state of a work vehicle between:
a first state in which a traveling speed of the work vehicle is changeable via an operation of an accelerator pedal; and
a second state in which the traveling speed of the work vehicle is unchangeable by the operation of the accelerator pedal; and
wherein the controller is further configured to:
based on receiving an input corresponding to a first selectable region of one or more selectable regions of a display unit, change the accelerator interlock state for a first operational mode of one or more operational modes.
4. The system of claim 3 , further comprising:
the display unit coupled to the controller and configured to display the one or more selectable regions, each selectable region corresponding to a respective operational mode of the one or more operational modes and configured to indicate the accelerator interlock state of the respective operational mode.
5. The system of claim 4 , wherein the controller is further configured to:
based on the traveling speed of the work vehicle being greater than zero and the input received via the one or more selectable regions:
prevent the accelerator interlock state from changing to the second state.
6. The system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more selectable regions include:
the first selectable region that corresponds to the first operational mode; and
a second selectable region that corresponds to a second operational mode of the one or more operational modes.
7. The system of claim 4 , further comprising:
the work vehicle including:
a transmission configured to operate in the one or more operational modes;
a shift lever configured to change an operational state of the transmission between the one or more operational modes; and
the acceleration pedal.
8. The system of claim 7 , wherein the transmission is a continuously variable transmission.
9. The system of claim 7 , wherein the shift lever is movable from:
a first position in which the transmission operates in a first operational state corresponding to the first operational mode of the one or more operational modes; and
a second position in which the transmission operates in a second operational state corresponding to a second operational mode of the one or more operational modes.
10. The system of claim 9 , wherein the one or more selectable regions include:
the first selectable region that corresponds to the first operational mode; and
a second selectable region that corresponds to the second operational mode.
11. The system of claim 4 , further comprising:
one or more user-input devices coupled to the display unit and configured to enable the input.
12. The system of claim 11 , wherein the one or more user-input devices comprise a plurality of buttons and an encoder dial.
13. An apparatus, comprising:
a controller configured to:
receive a first input indicating an operational position of an acceleration pedal;
receive a second input indicating a selection of a first selectable region of one or more selectable regions of a display unit, each selectable region corresponding to a respective operational mode of a continuously variable transmission;
selectively set an accelerator interlock state for each operational mode between:
a first state in which a traveling speed of a work vehicle is changeable via the first input; and
a second state in which the traveling speed of the work vehicle is unchangeable via the first input; and
in response to receiving the second input, change the accelerator interlock state for the respective operational mode corresponding to the first selectable region.
14. The apparatus of claim 13 , further comprising:
the continuously variable transmission;
a shift lever configured to change the operational mode of the continuously variable transmission;
the acceleration pedal configured to change the traveling speed of the work vehicle; and
the display unit configured to display the one or more selectable regions.
15. The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the controller is coupled to the display unit.
16. The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the controller is further configured to receive a first input indicating an operational position of the shift lever.
17. The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the controller is further configured to, based on the traveling speed of the work vehicle being greater than zero and receiving the second input:
prevent the accelerator interlock state from changing to the second state.
18. The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the one or more selectable regions include:
the first selectable region that corresponds to a first operational mode of the respective operational modes; and
a second selectable region that corresponds to a second operational mode of the respective operational modes.
19. The apparatus of claim 18 , wherein the shift lever is movable from:
a first position in which the continuously variable transmission operates in the first operational mode; and
a second position in which the continuously variable transmission operates in the second operational mode.Cited by (0)
