Abstract
A display apparatus may include a first transistor, a second transistor, and a capacitor. The first transistor includes a first semiconductor layer and a first gate electrode insulated from the first semiconductor layer. The first semiconductor layer includes a first silicon semiconductor. The second transistor includes a second semiconductor layer and a second gate electrode insulated from the second semiconductor layer. The second semiconductor layer includes a first oxide semiconductor. The capacitor includes a first electrode and a second electrode. The second electrode overlaps the first electrode and extends from the second semiconductor layer.

1. A display apparatus comprising:
a first transistor comprising a first semiconductor layer and a first gate electrode, the first semiconductor layer comprising a silicon semiconductor;
a second transistor comprising a second semiconductor layer and a second gate electrode, the second semiconductor layer comprising an oxide semiconductor;
a capacitor comprising a first electrode and a second electrode, the second electrode overlapping the first electrode and extending from the second semiconductor layer; and
a connection electrode directly contacting each of the first gate electrode and the second electrode of the capacitor, wherein the second electrode of the capacitor is positioned between the connection electrode and the first electrode of the capacitor.
2. The display apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
a sixth transistor comprising a source electrode and a gate electrode,
wherein the source electrode of the sixth transistor is electrically connected to a drain electrode of the first transistor.
3. The display apparatus of claim 2 , further comprising:
a first signal line extending a first direction and electrically connected to the second gate electrode; and
a second signal line extending the first direction and electrically connected to the gate electrode of the sixth transistor,
wherein the connection electrode is between the first signal line and the second signal line in a plan view of the display apparatus.
4. The display apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
a first insulating layer;
a second insulating layer overlapping the first insulating layer; and
a third insulating layer overlapping the second insulating layer,
wherein the first gate electrode is positioned between the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer, and wherein the second semiconductor layer is positioned between the second insulating layer and the third insulating layer.
5. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second electrode of the capacitor extends from a drain region of the second semiconductor layer.
6. The display apparatus of claim 5 , wherein the connection electrode directly contacts a face of the first gate electrode and directly contacts a face of the second electrode of the capacitor, and wherein the face of the first gate electrode and the face of the second electrode of the capacitor face a same direction.
7. The display apparatus of claim 6 , further comprising another capacitor comprising a third electrode and a fourth electrode overlapping the third electrode,
wherein the third electrode and the first gate electrode are integral.
8. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the connection electrode is over the second electrode of the capacitor.
9. The display apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a data line, wherein the connection electrode is positioned between the data line and the second semiconductor layer.
10. The display apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
a third transistor comprising a source electrode and a third gate electrode, wherein the source electrode of the third transistor is electrically connected to the first gate electrode.
11. A display apparatus comprising:
a first transistor comprising a first semiconductor layer and a first gate electrode, the first semiconductor layer comprising a silicon semiconductor;
a second transistor comprising a second semiconductor layer and a second gate electrode, the second semiconductor layer comprising an oxide semiconductor; and
a connection electrode contacting the first gate electrode and the second semiconductor layer,
wherein a part of the connection electrode overlaps a part of the second semiconductor layer and a part of the first gate electrode.
12. The display apparatus of claim 11 , further comprising:
a fourth transistor electrically connected to the first gate electrode and a voltage line; and
a sixth transistor electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer and a light-emitting device.
13. The display apparatus of claim 12 , further comprising:
a first signal line extending a first direction and electrically connected to a gate electrode of the fourth transistor; and
a second signal line extending the first direction and electrically connected to a gate electrode of the sixth transistor;
wherein the connection electrode is between the first signal line and the second signal line, in a plan view of the display apparatus.
14. The display apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
a first insulating layer;
a second insulating layer overlapping the first insulating layer; and
a third insulating layer overlapping the second insulating layer,
wherein the first gate electrode is positioned between the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer, and the second semiconductor layer is positioned between the second insulating layer and the third insulating layer.
15. The display apparatus of claim 11 , further comprising a first capacitor comprising a first electrode and a second electrode, the second electrode overlapping the first electrode and comprising an oxide semiconductor.
16. The display apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the connection electrode contacts a face of the first gate electrode and contacts a face of the second electrode of the capacitor, wherein the face of the first gate electrode and the face of the second electrode of the capacitor face a same direction.
17. The display apparatus of claim 16 , further comprising a second capacitor comprising a third electrode and a fourth electrode overlapping the third electrode,
wherein the third electrode and the first gate electrode are integral.
18. The display apparatus of claim 11 , further comprising a data line, wherein the connection electrode is positioned between the data line and the second semiconductor layer.
19. A display apparatus comprising:
a first transistor comprising a first semiconductor layer and a first gate electrode, the first semiconductor layer comprising a silicon semiconductor;
a second transistor comprising a second semiconductor layer and a second gate electrode, the second semiconductor layer comprising an oxide semiconductor;
a sixth transistor, wherein a source electrode of the sixth transistor is electrically connected to a drain electrode of the first transistor;
a capacitor comprising a first electrode and a second electrode, the second electrode overlapping the first electrode and extending from the second semiconductor layer; and
a connection electrode directly contacting each of the first gate electrode and the second electrode of the capacitor.Cited by (0)
