Abstract

Methods and processes for manufacture of an image product from a digital image. An object in the digital image is detected and recognized. Object metadata is assigned to the object, the object metadata linking sound to the object in the digital image which produced the sound. At least one cryptographic hash of the object metadata is generated, and the hash is written to a node of a transaction processing network.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
It is claimed:

       1. An apparatus comprising a non-volatile machine-readable medium storing a program having instructions which when executed by a processor will cause the processor to perform the following steps:
 writing a data packet structure for an image product to a node of a transaction processing network, wherein the data packet structure comprises:
 a cryptographic hash of, altogether, a still image from a base work, image metadata including an identification of the base work, metadata of the base work, and metadata about a geographic location represented in the image;
 a transferor identification and a transferee identification for a transfer of the image product; and
 wherein an additional data packet structure is written to a node of the transaction processing network for each subsequent resale of the image product, wherein subsequent transferor identification and subsequent transferee identification are included in the additional data packet structure.

       2. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the geographic location is represented by X-Y coordinates.

       3. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the metadata about the geographic location includes the coordinates.

       4. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the data packet structure further includes a transaction value for the transfer of the image product.

       5. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the transaction processing network is a blockchain ledger.

       6. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the data packet structure further includes a transaction value for the transfer of the image product.

       7. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the data packet structure further includes a sub-attribute type that defines a type of the image product.

       8. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the transferor identification and the transferee identification are encrypted.

       9. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the transaction processing network is a blockchain ledger.

       10. A method comprising:
 writing a data packet structure for an image product to a node of a transaction processing network, wherein the data packet structure comprises:
 a cryptographic hash of, altogether, a still image from a base work, image metadata including an identification of the base work, metadata of the base work, and metadata about a geographic location represented in the image;
 a transferor identification and a transferee identification for a transfer of the image product; and
 wherein an additional data packet structure is written to a node of the transaction processing network for each subsequent resale of the image product, wherein subsequent transferor identification and subsequent transferee identification are included in the additional data packet structure.

       11. The method of claim 10 wherein the geographic location is represented by X-Y coordinates.

       12. The method of claim 10 wherein the metadata about the geographic location includes the coordinates.

       13. The method of claim 10 wherein the data packet structure further includes a transaction value for the transfer of the image product.

       14. The method of claim 10 wherein the transaction processing network is a blockchain ledger.

       15. The method of claim 10 wherein the data packet structure further includes a transaction value for the transfer of the image product.

       16. The method of claim 10 wherein the data packet structure further includes a sub-attribute type that defines a type of the image product.

       17. The method of claim 10 wherein the transferor identification and the transferee identification are encrypted.

       18. The method of claim 10 wherein the transaction processing network is a blockchain ledger.
