Abstract
Provided herein are bivalent, bispecific binding proteins that specifically bind to two different HIV-1 Env protein epitopes.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding a bispecific binding protein that specifically binds to two different HIV-1 Env protein epitopes, wherein the bispecific binding protein comprises a first and a second binding site;
wherein the first binding site comprises V H1 and V L1 , wherein V H1 is a first immunoglobulin heavy chain variable domain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:506, and wherein V L1 is a first immunoglobulin light chain variable domain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:519; and
wherein the second binding site comprises V H2 and V L2 , wherein V H2 is a second immunoglobulin heavy chain variable domain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:504, and wherein V L2 is a second immunoglobulin light chain variable domain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:518.
2. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding a bispecific binding protein that specifically binds to two different HIV-1 Env protein epitopes, wherein the bispecific binding protein comprises a first and a second binding site;
wherein the first binding site comprises V H1 and V L1 , wherein V H1 is a first immunoglobulin heavy chain variable domain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:503, and wherein V L1 is a first immunoglobulin light chain variable domain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:513; and
wherein the second binding site comprises V H2 and V L2 , wherein V H2 is a second immunoglobulin heavy chain variable domain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:506, and wherein V L2 is a second immunoglobulin light chain variable domain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:519.
3. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding a bispecific binding protein that specifically binds to two different HIV-1 Env protein epitopes, wherein the bispecific binding protein comprises a first and a second binding site;
wherein the first binding site comprises V H1 and V L1 , wherein V H1 is a first immunoglobulin heavy chain variable domain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:506, and wherein V L1 is a first immunoglobulin light chain variable domain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:519; and
wherein the second binding site comprises V H2 and V L2 , wherein V H2 is a second immunoglobulin heavy chain variable domain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:503, and wherein V L2 is a second immunoglobulin light chain variable domain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:513.Cited by (0)
