Claims
Abstract
A powertrain and a vehicle including the powertrain are provided. The powertrain includes: an electric motor; a transmission mounted to the electric motor and defining, together with the electric motor, an angled space for helping a half shaft of the transmission to extend along an axial direction of the transmission; a controller mounted to at least one of the electric motor and the transmission and electrically connected to the electric motor, where the controller, the transmission, and the electric motor are integrated together, at least one part of the controller being located in the angled space.

1. A powertrain, comprising:
an electric motor;
a transmission mounted to the electric motor and defining, together with the electric motor, an angled space for helping a half shaft of the transmission extend along an axial direction of the transmission; and
a controller mounted to at least one of the electric motor and the transmission and electrically connected to the electric motor; wherein:
the controller, the transmission, and the electric motor are integrated together, at least one part of the controller being located in the angled space,
the controller has a mounting groove, and
the mounting groove is disposed on a side of the controller.
2. The powertrain according to claim 1 , wherein, in an up-down direction, the controller overlaps with the electric motor and/or the transmission to reduce a height of a unity formed by the controller, the electric motor, and the transmission.
3. The powertrain according to claim 1 , wherein
the controller comprises a controller three-phase wire connection portion located in the mounting groove, and
the electric motor comprises an electric motor three-phase wire connection portion, the electric motor three-phase wire connection portion extending into the mounting groove and being electrically connected to the controller three-phase wire connection portion.
4. The powertrain according to claim 3 , wherein the controller three-phase wire connection portion is docked with the electric motor three-phase wire connection portion and connected to the electric motor three-phase wire connection portion through a connecting member.
5. The powertrain according to claim 1 , wherein the electric motor comprises an electric motor case body, and the transmission comprises a front transmission case body and a rear transmission case body, the angled space being defined by the electric motor case body and the front transmission case body, and the controller being mounted to the electric motor case body and the front transmission case body.
6. The powertrain according to claim 5 , wherein the electric motor case body and the front transmission case body are both separate pieces and assembled together.
7. The powertrain according to claim 5 , wherein the electric motor case body and the front transmission case body are an integral piece.
8. A powertrain, comprising:
an electric motor;
a transmission mounted to the electric motor and defining, together with the electric motor, an angled space for helping a half shaft of the transmission extend along an axial direction of the transmission; and
a controller mounted to at least one of the electric motor and the transmission and electrically connected to the electric motor; wherein:
the controller, the transmission, and the electric motor are integrated together, at least one part of the controller being located in the angled space,
wherein the controller comprises:
a controller body;
a controller support, the controller body being disposed on the controller support, and the controller support being mounted to at least one of the electric motor and the transmission; and
a wire harness rack mounted to the controller support and the electric motor and having a wire arrangement groove.
9. The powertrain according to claim 8 , wherein the wire harness rack and the transmission are respectively located on two opposite sides of the electric motor in a horizontal direction.
10. The powertrain according to claim 8 , wherein the wire harness rack extends obliquely relative to an up-down direction and along a radial direction of the electric motor.
11. The powertrain according to claim 8 , wherein
the controller support, the electric motor, and the transmission, and the wire harness rack and the electric motor are mounted through threaded fasteners.
12. The powertrain according to claim 11 , wherein
the threaded fasteners mounted to the electric motor extend obliquely relative to an up-down direction and along a radial direction of the electric motor, and
the threaded fasteners mounted to the transmission extend obliquely relative to the up-down direction and along a radial direction of the transmission.
13. The powertrain according to claim 11 , wherein the controller support comprises a first mounting tongue and the wire harness rack comprises a second mounting tongue, the threaded fasteners being disposed on the first mounting tongue and the second mounting tongue.
14. The powertrain according to claim 11 , wherein mounting studs are respectively disposed on the electric motor and the transmission, the mounting studs having internal threads matching the threaded fasteners.
15. The powertrain according to claim 14 , wherein there are a plurality of first mounting tongues distributed at intervals along a circumferential direction of the controller support, the threaded fastener being disposed on each of the first mounting tongues.
16. The powertrain according to claim 15 , wherein a signal line connector is disposed on one side surface of the controller support, the wire harness rack being mounted on the other side surface of the controller support, each of remaining side surfaces of the controller support except the two side surfaces having at least one of the first mounting tongues.
17. A powertrain, comprising:
an electric motor comprising an electric motor case body;
a transmission connected to the electric motor in a transmission manner and comprising a transmission case body; the electric motor case body and the transmission case body being integrated into an entire case body, and the electric motor case body and the transmission case body defining an angled space for helping a half shaft of the transmission to extend along an axial direction of the transmission; and
a controller electrically connected to the electric motor and mounted to at least one of the electric motor case body and the transmission case body in the angled space, wherein:
the controller has a mounting groove, and
