Abstract

Face management server includes user manager that manages a face image for registration for each user acquired by registration device registering the face image of the user and specific information other than the face image in association with each other, the specific information being used for specifying each user; device manager that manages information on a face authentication machine acquiring the face image for authentication of the user; and screen generator that generates a management screen for confirming or changing an information management status by user manager and device manager.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
The invention claimed is:

       1. A facial authentication management server that accumulates and manages information on face authentication of a user in a facility, the facial authentication management server comprising:
 a storage that stores a control program; and
 a processor that, when performing the control program, performs operations, the operations including:
 managing a first face image for registration for each user, the first face image for registration being acquired by a registration device, the registration device registering the first face image of the user in association with specific information different than the first face image for registration, the specific information being used for specifying each user;
 managing information on a camera, the camera acquiring a second face image for authentication of the user; and
 generating a management screen for confirming or changing an information management status of at least one of the first face image for registration, the specific information, or information on the camera,

 wherein the first face image for registration and the specific information for each user are encrypted.

       2. The facial authentication management server of claim 1 , wherein
 the processor generates a conference room search screen for acquiring information on a conference held in the past in the facility as the management screen.

       3. The facial authentication management server of claim 2 , wherein
 the conference room search screen is generated based on information on an entry history of the user into a predetermined conference room.

       4. The facial authentication management server of claim 2 , wherein
 the processor generates a personal connection search screen related to a person that attended the conference in the past as the management screen.

       5. The facial authentication management server of claim 1 , wherein the operations further include:
 generating anonymized information substitutable with a part of pieces of information constituting the information on the face authentication.

       6. The facial authentication management server of claim 1 , wherein the operations further include:
 transmitting the management screen to an administrator, the management screen being for the administrator to perform operations of registering, referencing, updating, deleting, and searching for a face image and specific information related to a user.

       7. The facial authentication management server of claim 6 , wherein
 the management screen is generated for each event generated by an action of the user in the facility.

       8. The facial authentication management server of claim 1 , wherein the operations further include:
 performing the face authentication of the user using at least the first face image for registration and the second face image for authentication in association with a collation group, the collation group matching the camera as an authentication request source; and
 generating a reference screen for confirming the collation group associated with the camera.

       9. The facial authentication management server of claim 8 , wherein the operations further include:
 generating a registration screen for setting an association between the camera and the collation group.

       10. A facial authentication management method that accumulates and manages information on face authentication of a user in a facility, the facial authentication management method comprising:
 managing a first face image for registration for each user, the first face image for registration being acquired by a registration device, the registration device registering the first face image of the user in association with specific information different than the first face image for registration, the specific information being used for specifying each user;
 managing information on a camera, the camera acquiring a second face image for authentication of the user; and
 generating a management screen for confirming or changing a management status of at least one of the first face image for registration, the specific information, or information on the camera,
 wherein the first face image for registration and the specific information for each user are encrypted.

       11. A facial authentication management server that accumulates and manages information on face authentication of a user in a facility, the facial authentication management server comprising:
 a storage that stores a control program; and
 a processor that, when performing the control program, performs operations, the operations including:
 managing a first face image for registration for each user, the first face image for registration being acquired by a registration device, the registration device registering the first face image of the user in association with specific information different than the first face image for registration, the specific information being used for specifying each user;
 managing information on a camera, the camera acquiring a second face image for authentication of the user;
 generating a management screen for confirming or changing an information management status of at least one of the first face image for registration, the specific information, or information on the camera; and
 transmitting the management screen to an administrator, the management screen being further for the administrator to perform operations of registering, referencing, updating, deleting, and searching for a face image and specific information related to a user.
