Abstract

A luggage room board includes the luggage room board main body made of resin and is configured to be opened and closed. At one of ends of a non-woven fabric, a concave portion is provided on a surface of the luggage room board main body to which the non-woven fabric is attached, and the end of the non-woven fabric is attached so as to enter the concave portion. The concave portion is formed such that a depth gradually increases toward the end of the non-woven fabric. The depth of the concave portion at the end of the non-woven fabric is approximately same as the thickness of the non-woven fabric or larger than the thickness of the non-woven fabric. The concave portion is provided at the end of the non-woven fabric on a side of the rotation center line.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
The invention claimed is:

       1. A resin panel comprising:
 a first region comprising a core material, a first front side layer, and a first back side layer, the first front side layer and the first back side layer forming a hollow portion accommodating the core material inside;
 a second region comprising a second front side layer and a second back side layer and having a predetermined rigidity without accommodating the core material; and
 a third region comprising a front surface and a back surface and connecting the first region and the second region, wherein the first region, the second region, and the third region are integrally molded with resin, wherein
 the third region serves as a hinge.

       2. The resin panel of claim 1 , wherein the second region comprises a hollow portion formed by the second front side layer and the second back side layer.

       3. The resin panel of claim 1 , wherein the second region comprises a plurality of concave portions formed from at least one of the second front side layer and the second back side layer toward the other layer.

       4. The resin panel of claim 3 , wherein the plurality of concave portions provides the predetermined rigidity against a load in a thickness direction connecting the second front side layer and the second back side layer.

       5. The resin panel of claim 1 , wherein a thickness of the second region connecting the second front side layer and the second back side layer is smaller than a thickness of the first region connecting the first front side layer and the first back side layer.

       6. The resin panel of claim 1 , wherein the third region is thinner than a thickness of the first region connecting the first front side layer and the first back side layer and than a thickness of the second region connecting the second front side layer and the second back side layer.

       7. The resin panel of claim 1 , wherein:
 the second region comprises a plurality of concave portions formed from at least one of the second front side layer and the second back side layer toward the other layer; and
 a thickness t3 connecting the front surface and the back surface of the third region is smaller than a thickness t4 of the first front side layer of the first region, and a thickness t5 of the second region connecting the second front layer and the second back layer at the tops of the plurality of concave portions is larger than a thickness t4 of the first front side layer of the first region.

       8. A vehicle comprising the resin panel of claim 7 , wherein
 the resin panel is arranged to cover a luggage room located at a rear of the vehicle;
 the first region is arranged in a position to cover an accommodation space formed in the luggage room;
 the second region is arranged in a position to cover a region where a floor of the luggage room is formed.
