Abstract
A stretch yarn includes a multifilament including fibers having a coiled crimping form in a fiber axial direction, wherein a coil diameter distribution of crimping in the fiber has two or more groups, a ratio of a maximum group average value to a minimum group average value of the coil diameter (a maximum group average value/a minimum group average value) is less than 3.00, and a cross section of the fibers constituting the multifilament is an eccentric core-sheath cross section.

1. A stretch yarn comprising a multifilament including fibers having a coiled crimping form in a fiber axial direction, wherein a coil diameter distribution of crimping in the yarn has two or more groups, a ratio of large coil diameter fibers having a maximum group average value to small coil diameter fibers having a minimum group average value of the coil diameter (a maximum group average value/a minimum group average value) is 1.50 or more and less than 3.00, wherein large coil diameter fibers and small coil diameter fibers are at least partially entangled with each other; an Uster unevenness U %, which is an index of unevenness in the fiber longitudinal direction, is 1.5% or less, and a cross section of the fibers constituting the multifilament is an eccentric core-sheath cross section;
Wherein the fibers having a large coil diameter are partially deformed to follow the elongation deformation of the fibers having a small coil diameter,
wherein the extension energy is 1.5 μJ/dtex or more.
2. The stretch yarn according to claim 1 , wherein the number of fibers included in the group having the minimum group average value of the coil diameter is 20% or more of the total number of fibers constituting the multifilament.
3. The stretch yarn according to claim 1 , wherein an average diameter of the fibers constituting the multifilament is 15 μm or less.
4. A fiber product comprising the stretch yarn according to claim 1 in at least a part of the fiber product.
5. A stretch yarn comprising:
a multifilament including two or more groups of fibers, each having a coiled crimping form in an axial direction, wherein
a first group of the two or more groups of fibers comprises large coil diameter fibers having a coil diameter having a maximum group average value
a second group of two or more groups of fibers comprises small coil diameter fiber having a coil diameter having a minimum group average value
and wherein a coil diameter distribution of crimping in the fiber has a ratio of a maximum group average value to a minimum group average value of the coil diameter (a maximum group average value/a minimum group average value) is 1.50 or more and less than 3.00
wherein the large coil diameter fibers and the small coil diameter fibers are at least partially entangled with each other;
wherein the stretch yarn has an Uster unevenness U % is 1.5% or less, and a cross section of the fiber constituting the multifilament is an eccentric core-sheath cross section;
wherein the fibers having a large coil diameter are partially deformed to follow the elongation deformation of the fibers having a small coil diameter
wherein the extension energy is 1.5 μJ/dtex or more.
6. The stretch yarn according to claim 5 , wherein fibers having different diameters are deformed in an inclined manner according to the elongation of the textured yarn.
7. The stretch yarn according to claim 5 , wherein the stretch yarn is substantially free from convergence and non-convergence portions.Cited by (0)
