I claim:

. An umbrella jacket structure which can be assembled and disassembled comprising a water-guiding plug, water-collection collar and umbrella jacket, screw ring, the water-guiding plug allowing the tip of the umbrella to pass through and being secured, and the water-guiding plug passed through the water-collection collar, and the umbrella jacket being a plurality of tapered mounting rings, characterized in that the top end of the water-collection collar is mounted with a hollow screw seat, after the first mounting ring is mounted onto the water-collection collar, screwed ring is secured to the screw seat such that the umbrella jacket is engaged at the water-collection jacket, and if the screwed ring is removed, the umbrella jacket is disengaged from the water-collection jacket, and the hollow screw seat of the water-collection jacket is mounted with a spring and a water-discharging valve, the water discharging valve is a hollow cap extended with a teeth-like valve rod having an inverted hook at the top end of the valve rod, and the inverted hook passes through the through hole of a partition board at the top of the hollow screw seat and a water-leakage pad is mounted, and the extension of spring causes the through hole is blocked by the water leakage pad.

. An umbrella jacket structure as set forth in claim 1 , wherein the bottom end of the hollow cap is provided with a plurality of water-discharging holes for discharging of water.

. An umbrella jacket structure as set forth in claim 1 , wherein the inner wall of the mounting ring of the umbrella jacket is provided with a plurality of vertical protruded ribs and the height of thereof is gradually lower from the bottom to the top, and the external wall of the bottom edge of the mounting ring is provided with an externally protruded ring, and the externally protruded ring and the vertical protruded stripe provide fiction, to increase degree of sealing when each mounting ring is connected to next mounting ring.

. An umbrella jacket structure as set forth in claim 3 , wherein the bottom end of the protruded stripe is provided with a protrusion and the height of the protrusion is higher than the height of the stripe.

. An umbrella jacket structure as set forth in claim 4 , wherein the inner wall ring of the bottom end edge of the mounting ring is provided with a plurality of arch-shaped protruded blocking ring and the blocking ring and the protrusion are used to clip the external protruded ring.

. An umbrella jacket structure as set forth in claim 1 , wherein the bottom edge of the water-collection collar is provided with an external protruded ring and the ring is positioned between the protrusion of the first knot mounting jacket and the blocking ring.

. An umbrella jacket structure as set forth in claim 1 , wherein the water-guiding plug is a stopper having a blocking block and the bottom of the block is provided with a conic jacket having a center hole allowing the tip of the umbrella to pass through.

. An umbrella jacket structure as set forth in claim 3 , wherein the surface of the stopper has a plurality of vertical grooves allowing the collected water to be discharged.
