Abstract
Methods are provided to produce highly concentrated dihydroxyacetone-3-phosphate efficiently by a simple catalytic reaction of dihydroxyacetone with the bacterial cells transformed with the gene encoding a dihydroxyacetone kinase or the dihydroxyacetone kinase produced by said bacterium.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for producing dihydroxyacetone-3-phosphate by a catalytic reaction of dihydroxyacetone with the bacterial cells transformed with the gene encoding a dihydroxyacetone kinase or the dihydroxyacetone kinase produced by said bacterium.
2 . A method according to claim 1 , wherein said dihydroxyacetone kinase is derived from yeast Schizosaccharomyces.
3 . A method according to claim 1 , wherein said dihydroxyacetone kinase is derived from Schizosaccharomyces pombe.
4 . A method according to claim 1 , wherein said bacterium is Escherichia coli.
5 . A method according to claims 1 to 4 , wherein said enzymatic reaction is performed under the conditions of a regeneration system for ATP.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
