Method for generating a study of a benefit plan for international employees of an outsourced client

Abstract

A method implemented with a machine, the machine, and method for using the machine, and products produced thereby, the method for generating a study of a benefit plan for international employees of an outsourced client. The method includes the steps of: processing input information to produce output digital signals corresponding to characteristics for a benefit plan that is viable at one location, but not viable at a location of the benefit; communicating the characteristics to an international human resource outsourcing computer; and generating, with the computer, a study showing the benefit plan for the international employees of the outsourced client. The method can be carried out with a replacement benefit plan as the benefit plan.

I claim:  
     
         1 . A method for generating a study of a benefit plan for international employees of an outsourced client, the method including the steps of: 
 processing input information to produce output digital signals corresponding to characteristics for a benefit plan that is viable at one location, but not viable at a location of the benefit;    communicating the characteristics to an international human resource outsourcing computer; and    generating, with the computer, a study showing the benefit plan for the international employees of the outsourced client.    
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein said steps are carried out with a replacement benefit plan as the benefit plan.
