Abstract
The invention relates to a process for the production of cellulosic fibres by extruding a solution of cellulose in a tertiary amine oxide through spinning holes of a spinning nozzle and conducting the extruded filaments into a precipitation bath via an air gap while they are drawn off, the filaments in the air gap being exposed to the flow of a gas. The invention is characterized in that for the temperature (T) of the gas before the contact with the filaments 60° C.<T<90° C. is correct.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A process for the production of cellulosic fibres by extruding a solution of cellulose in a tertiary amine oxide through spinning holes of a spinning nozzle and conducting the extruded filaments into a precipitation bath via an air gap while they are drawn off, the filaments in the air gap being exposed to the flow of a gas, characterized in that for the temperature (T) of the gas before the contact with the filaments 60° C.<T<90° C. is correct.
2 . A process according to claim 1 , characterized in that the gas is air.
3 . A process according to claim 2 , characterized in that the flowing air has a humidity content of 4 g of H 2 O/kg of air up to 15 g of H 2 O/kg of air.
4 . A process according to anyone of claims 1 to 3 , characterized in that filaments having a titer of less than 1 dtex are produced.Cited by (0)
