Abstract
A method of manufacturing environment-friendly packaging material for food is disclosed. Solid-state material such as recycled fibrous husk materials including paddy husk, wheat husk, wood powder, milk powder and clay are employed to mix with water, oil, surface-active agent, pulp slurry so as to form into a fluidized material. After that, aqueous adhesive is employed and stirred with the above mixture via processes of continuing feed supplying, stirring, squeezing, and pressing, drying and coating with glue until a waterproof and hygienic packaging material is obtained.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A method of manufacturing environment-friendly packaging material comprising the steps of:
(a) preparing of materials including a solid state material, a fluidized secondary material and liquid state adhesive, wherein the solid state materials include vegetative fibrous material, paddy husk, wheat husk, wheat flour, wood powder, hay and stalks and leaves of plant, and clay, milk powder, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), Zinc Stearic Acid, Calcium Carbonate being of fine size with screen number of 60, the entire solid state material is about 45 to 60% of the total weight, the vegetative material is between 22 to 29%, the remaining, such as clay is between 9.5 to 11.5%, white mud is between 4.5 to 6% or the calcium carbonate is between 13 to 21.5%, being ground to powder for mixing at interval with the solid state material, the fluidized secondary material is a mixture of pulp slurry added with either water, edible oil, minute amount of surface active agents occupying 0.08 to 0.2% and benzoic acid, milk powder, and minute amount of clay, and the liquid state adhesive is a preparation containing water, PVA and a minute amount of milk powder; (b) mixing and stirring the solid state adhesive with the main material and the semi-furnished product of the secondary material containing in a tank; (c) stirring slowly until a paste is obtained; and (d) squeezing, pressing, and oven-drying and coating with glue the material obtained in step (d) until a complete food packaging material is formed.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the stirring speed in the stirring step is below 300 rpm.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the temperature of oven drying is at 140 deg C.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the temperature of oven drying after coated with glue is at 120 deg C.Cited by (0)
