Abstract
The stretchable cap structure with non-distortable ornaments on the rear panels of the crown. The cap is comprised of a peak, a crown and a two-segment sweatband, the crown is composed of a plurality of stretchable panels on which external surface of the rear panels are decorated with ornaments. The two-segment sweatband portion including a stretchable sweatband portion and a non-stretchable sweatband portion sewn together interconnectedly is secured to the lower peripheral edge of the crown; the non-stretchable sweatband portion is placed at the area which is corresponding to the crown panels having the ornaments thereon to make the ornaments keep their original shapes without distortion while the entire cap in use being well stretched.

A stretchable cap structure with non-distortable ornaments on the rear panels of the crown thereof, said structure comprises a crown and a two-segment sweatband; said crown is composed of a plurality of panels, wherein at least some of said plurality of panels are stretchable; said structure is characterized by that:
said two-segment sweatband includes a stretchable sweatband portion and a non-stretchable sweatband portion sewn together interconnectedly secured to the lower peripheral edge of the crown; said non-stretchable sweatband portion is so placed that it is corresponding to said ornaments on the rear panels of the crown to make said ornaments keep their original shapes without distortion.
3 . The stretchable cap structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein, said ornaments are embroideries.
4 . The stretchable cap structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein, said ornaments are labels.
5 . The stretchable cap structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein, said ornaments are motifs.
