Baseball home plate for guiding pitching

Abstract

A home plate includes a pentagonal body and a plurality of marks are marked on a top surface of the body. The body has a tapered top surface so that the pitcher can see the marks on the top surface clearly. A line is connected to the body and at least one positioning member is connected to the line so as to indicate the position of the pitcher's rubber.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A home plate comprising: 
 a pentagonal body having a plurality of marks marked on a top surface of the body.    
     
     
         2 . The home plate as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the marks are strips.  
     
     
         3 . The home plate as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the marks are spots.  
     
     
         4 . The home plate as claimed in  claim 1  wherein the body has a tapered top surface.  
     
     
         5 . The home plate as claimed in  claim 1  further comprising an adhesive layer connected to an underside of the body and a releasing paper connected to the adhesive layer.  
     
     
         6 . The home plate as claimed in  claim 1  further comprising a line connected to the body and at least one positioning member is connected to the line.
