Abstract
An embedded type cap structure comprising a cap body, a peak and a sweatband, wherein, the cap body and the sweatband are interconnected with each other, and the cap body made of a plurality of gores, one gore of which is sewn thereon with a see-through layer, the se-through layer and the gore are not sewn together on the bottom side thereof in order to form a pocket-like receptacle wherein between the gore and the see-through layer for placing any of various linings for the purposes of sun shading, air ventilation and an outstanding effect of showing the patterns or colors on the linings.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedHaving thus described my invention, what I claim as new and desire to be secured by Letters Patent of the United States are:
. An embedded type cap structure comprising a cap body, a peak and a sweatband, said sweatband is connected with said cap body, said structure is characterized by that,
a gore of said cap body corresponding to the position of the peak is sewn on the external surface thereof with a see-through layer, said see-through layer and said gore are not sewn together on the bottom side to form a receptacle, thereby a pocket-like receiving receptacle is formed between said gore and said see-through layer for placing therein a lining.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1 , wherein a peak and said cap body are sewn together, said peak is covered with said see-through layer having said lining thereon.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1 , wherein said gore and said see-through layer are sewn and fixed on said lining, thereby, said lining is unchangeable.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1 , wherein said cap body is formed by sewing together a plurality of gores.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1 , wherein said cap body is provided at the bottom edge thereof with said sweatband, a suitable length on the area between said sweatband and said cap body is not sewn in order to be coincident with said receptacle formed between said gore and said see-through layer, said pocket-like receiving receptacle is placed therein a lining.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1 , wherein said lining is a plastic lamina.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 2 , wherein said lining is a plastic lamina.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 3 , wherein said lining is a plastic lamina.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 6 , wherein said plastic lamina is provided with patterned cut(s) and/or cut hole(s).
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 6 , wherein said plastic lamina is provided with colored pattern.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 6 , wherein said plastic lamina is made of reflective material or a fluorescent material.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 9 , wherein said plastic lamina is provided with patterned cut(s) and/or cut hole(s).
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1 , wherein said lining has colors which include different colors, mono color or multiple colors.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 2 , wherein said lining has colors which include different colors, mono color or multiple colors.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 3 , wherein said lining has colors which include different colors, mono color or multiple colors.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1 , wherein said see-through layer is made of netted fabric.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 2 , wherein said see-through layer is made of netted fabric.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 3 , wherein said see-through layer is made of netted fabric.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1 , wherein said see-through layer is made of thin or loosened fabric material.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 2 , wherein said see-through layer is made of thin or loosened fabric material.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 3 , wherein said see-through layer is made of thin or loosened fabric material.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1 , wherein said see-through layer is made of transparent plastic material.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 2 , wherein said see-through layer is made of transparent plastic material.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 3 , wherein said see-through layer is made of transparent plastic material.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1 , wherein said see-through layer and said lining are provided at any gore(s) of the crown portion.
. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 3 , wherein said see-through layer and said lining are provided at any gore(s) of the crown portion.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
