Abstract
A receptacle for holding fluid used to soak fingernails includes a container body and a removable lid. The container body has a closed bottom and an open top for receipt of fluid to be held in the container and of a plurality of fingers of a person for immersion in the fluid. The lid has an inside surface and a set of bristles disposed on the inside surface

1 . A receptacle for holding fluid used to soak fingernails which comprises:
(a) a container body having a closed bottom and an open top for receipt of fluid to be held in said container body and of a plurality of fingers of a person for immersion in the fluid; (b) a removable lid for said container body having an inside surface; and (c) a set of bristles disposed on said inside surface of said lid.
2 . The receptacle according to claim 1 wherein said fluid is a solvent for removal of artificial nails from the fingers of the person.
3 . The receptacle according to claim 1 wherein said container body comprises a metal bowl for conducting heat applied to the bowl for heating the fluid.
4 . The receptacle according to claim 1 wherein said lid has an outer surface comprising a circumferential rim, a raised cylindrical portion, and a channel disposed between said circumferential rim and said cylindrical portion.
5 . The receptacle according to claim 1 wherein said set of bristles are disposed in a plastic base fastened to said inside surface by a screw extending through said lid.
6 . The receptacle according to claim 1 wherein said open top forms a circular opening dimensioned to receive all the fingers of a person's hand.
7 . The receptacle according to claim 1 wherein said inner surface of said lid has a circumferential rim, a recessed inner portion, and a cylindrical side wall disposed between said rim and said inner portion, said set of bristles being disposed on said recessed inner portion and said cylindrical side wall being adapted to be received within said open top of said container body.Cited by (0)
