Abstract

A cooling fan structure comprises a base and a ring stator mounted in the center of the base such that a plurality of polar claws are bent to form in the inner side of the ring stator in conjunction with a plastic material. A coil is wound in the outer side of the ring stator. A blade rotor seat is mounted in the base such that the blade rotor seat circumvents the ring stator. A magnetic ring rotor is mounted on an axis in the receiving space of the ring stator such that the magnetic ring rotor is induced by the coil of the ring stator to drive the blades.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

         1 . A cooling fan structure comprising:
a base; a ring stator mounted in a center of the base and formed of a plurality of polar claws and a coil, with said polar claws being disposed in an inner side of said ring stator and being made integrally of a plastic material with said ring stator, said coil being wound around an outer side of said ring stator; a blade rotor seat provided with a plurality of blades fastened therewith, said blade rotor seat being mounted in said base such that said blade rotor seat circumvents said ring stator; and a magnetic ring rotor mounted on an axis in a receiving space of said ring stator such that said magnetic ring rotor is induced by said coil of said ring stator to drive said blades.

2 . The cooling fan structure as defined in claim 1 , wherein said polar claws of said ring stator are arranged in a plurality of pole numbers.

3 . The cooling fan structure as defined in claim 1 , wherein said ring stator and said coil are arranged in two sets to form an upper set and a lower set.

4 . The cooling fan structure as defined in claim 3 , wherein said polar claws of each ring stator are made integrally of an insulation plastic material as a ring seat for locating each coil.
