Abstract

A cap device having a cap member connected to a threaded outer surface of a neck portion of a container body and an additive containing member connected to one side of the cap member. A cylinder member is formed within the cap device as an integrated body having a space on a upper side of the cylinder member such that the cylinder member connects to the additive containing member. A plurality of first throughholes is formed in a fan shape are formed in the lower side of the cylinder member. A valve plate is rotatably positioned within the cylinder member, and the valve plate has a plurality of second throughholes corresponding in positions with the plurality of the first throughholes of the additive containing member based on a predetermined rotation of the valve plate to selectively open or close the plurality of first throughhole. An opening and closing means is installed and formed around the cylinder and the cap member and the neck portion of the container body so that the valve plate opens and closes the plurality of first throughholes of the cylinder member as the valve plate is rotated.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A cap device of a container, comprising:
 a) a cap member connected to a threaded outer surface of a neck portion of a container body; b) an additive containing member formed as a predetermined shape to contain an additive and removeably connected to one side of the cap member; c) a cylinder member formed within the cap device as an integrated body having a space on an upper side of the cylinder member such that the cylinder member connects to the additive containing member, a plurality of first throughholes formed through the lower side of the cylinder member within a predetermined interval therebetween; d) a valve plate having a plurality of second throughholes, said second throughholes being constructed and arranged to correspond in positions and align with the plurality of first throughholes in a predetermined rotated movement of the valve plate, said second throughholes being constructed and arranged to close the plurality of first throughholes in another predetermined rotated movement of the valve plate; and e) an opening and closing means installed and formed around the cylinder member and the cap member and the neck portion of the container body, so that the valve plate opens and closes the plurality of first throughholes of the cylinder member as the valve plate is rotated and selectively fitted to the plurality of first throughholes.

2 . The cap device according to claim 1 , said opening and closing means comprising:
 a) an opening and closing member having a lever unit and a pinion unit, said lever unit being of a predetermined length and erected so as to fix an end of the lever unit to the upper surface of one side of the valve plate, and said pinion unit being integrated on an upper end of the lever unit and being rotatably installed on an inner wall surface of the cylinder member; b) a rack member aligned through a hole penetrated through a wall of the cylinder member so as to move in a state having a first end connected to the pinion unit of the opening and closing member and having an opposed end of the rack member contacted to an inner surface of the cap member; and c) a fixing protrusion formed on an inner wall surface of the neck portion of the container body as a shape protruded thereon, so as to fix the opposed end of the rack member.

3 . The cap device according to claim 1 , said opening and closing means comprising:
 a) a shaft member hingeably connected to the upper and lower ends of the cylinder member under a state that the shaft member penetrated to a central part of the valve plate is fixedly connected to the valve plate, so that the shaft member is rotated; b) a passive gear fixedly installed to the upper part of the shaft member; c) a prime gear rotatably installed to a predetermined position of the wall of the cylinder member in a state that the passive gear is connected thereto; and d) a partial gear part formed on the inner wall surface of the neck portion of the container body so as to connect to the prime gear.

         4 . A cap device of a container, comprising:
 a) a cap member screwed onto a neck portion of a container body; b) a rotated side cam barrel connected to the cap member, said rotated side cam barrel having an opening at a bottom end thereof, a cam protrusion formed at a circumferential surface thereof; c) a fixed side cam barrel slideably disposed over said rotated side cam barrel, said fixed side cam barrel having an upper end and a protrusion protruding from said upper said, a plurality of throughholes penetrated through an inner side of said fixed side cam barrel, said fixed side cam barrel having a covered lower end, a cam hole formed through the surface thereof, wherein the fixed side cam barrel is fixed to the neck portion of the container body such that the protrusion extended from said upper end is fixed to a second protrusion of the inner surface of said neck portion of said container body; and, d) said rotated side cam barrel and fixed side cam barrel being contructed and arranged such that the cam protrusion of the rotated side cam barrel is slidably moved in said cam hole of said fixed side cam barrel.

         5 . A container comprising:
a container body having a neck portion; a cap member twistably connected to said neck portion; a protrusion extending inwardly from an inner surface of the neck portion; a rotated side cam barrel connected to the cap member, said rotated side cam barrel having an opening at a bottom end thereof, a cam protrusion formed at a circumferential surface thereof; a fixed side cam barrel slideably disposed over said rotated side cam barrel, said fixed side cam barrel having an upper end and a protrusion protruding from said upper said, a plurality of throughholes penetrated through an inner side of said fixed side cam barrel, said fixed side cam barrel having a covered lower end, a cam hole formed through the surface thereof, wherein the fixed side cam barrel is fixed to the neck portion of the container body such that the protrusion extended from said upper end is fixed to said protrusion of the inner surface of said neck portion of said container body; and, said rotated side cam barrel and fixed side cam barrel being contructed and arranged such that the cam protrusion of the rotated side cam barrel is slidably moved in said cam hole of said fixed side cam barrel.
