Machine for treating steaming, dyeing, finishing, washing, etc., at least one revolving ribbon
Abstract
During the treatment of the travelling ribbons the guide rollers become dirtied, in particular during dyeing operations, making it necessary to clean the guide rollers, for example during a dye changeover. So that the machine may continue to be used without first cleaning the guide rollers, e.g. during a dye changeover, it is proposed to arrange the guide rollers so as to be axially displaceable in the treatment compartment or to make the treatment compartment axially displaceable in relation to the guide rollers or provide an axially displaceable ribbon guide system in the treatment compartment.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . Machine for treating, steaming, dyeing, finishing, washing, etc., at least one revolving ribbon, preferably a textile ribbon, comprising a treatment compartment in which at least two guide rollers spaced apart from one another are arranged so as to be able to rotate, and over which the ribbon is revolved, characterised in that the guide rollers ( 2 ) are arranged so that they can be displaced in the axial direction and locked in the treatment compartment.
2 . Machine according to claim 1 , characterised in that the guide rollers ( 2 ) are adapted to be moved out of the treatment compartment ( 1 ).
3 . Machine for treating, steaming, dyeing, finishing, washing, etc., at least one revolving ribbon, preferably a textile ribbon, comprising a treatment compartment in which at least two guide rollers spaced apart from one another are arranged for rotation, and over which the ribbon is guided, characterised in that the treatment compartment ( 1 ) is displaceable and lockable relative to the guide rollers ( 2 ) in the axial direction of the guide rollers ( 2 ).
4 . Machine for treating, steaming, dyeing, finishing, washing, etc., at least one revolving ribbon, preferably a textile ribbon, comprising a treatment compartment in which at least two guide rollers spaced apart from one another are arranged for rotation, and over which the ribbon is guided, characterised in that at least one ribbon guide system ( 12 ) is arranged in the treatment compartment ( 1 ) so as to be displaceable and lockable in the axial direction of the guide rollers ( 2 ).
5 . Machine according to claim 1 , characterised in that a controllable, dual-action pressure cylinder ( 6 ) is provided for the displacement.
6 . Machine according to claim 3 , characterised in that a controllable, dual-action pressure cylinder ( 6 ) is provided for the displacement.
7 . Machine according to claim 4 , characterised in that a controllable, dual-action pressure cylinder ( 6 ) is provided for the displacement.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
