Claims
Abstract
Described is a composition which is suitable for removing adhering substances, such as (synthetic) resins, paint lacquers, polymer foams and mastics by means of forming a dispersion. The composition comprises at least one amphoteric compound and optionally a surfactant substance. There are also provided for the first time polymers or mixtures of polymers which are at least practically free of organic solvents and a method for producing these, i.e. by separation from the above stated dispersion.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Composition suitable for dispersing polymers or polymer-containing mixtures in water, consisting of an agent and optionally a surfactant substance, characterized in that the agent is an amphoteric compound.
2 . Composition as claimed in claim 1 , characterized in that the amphoteric compound contains at least one nitrogen group and at least one carboxyl group.
3 . Composition as claimed in claim 1 characterized in that with the exception of possible additives it consist for 60-100% of the amphoteric compound and for 40-0% of the surfactant substance.
4 . Composition as claimed in claim 2 characterized in that the amphoteric compound is EDTA or NTA.
5 . Composition as claimed in claim 2 characterized in that the amphoteric compound is an amino acid.
6 . Composition as claimed in claim 5 , characterized in that the amphoteric compound is glycine, leucine, glutamic acid or lysine.
7 . Composition as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, characterized in that alkyl polyglucoside or dodecylbenzene sulphonate is present as surfactant substance.
8 . Composition as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, characterized in that it is produced in the form of a (hand-)soap.
9 . Composition as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, characterized in that it comprises a peeling additive.
10 . Composition as claimed in claim 9 , characterized in that the peeling additive comprises shell sand.
11 . Method for removing adhering polymers such as (synthetic) resins or polymer-containing mixtures, characterized in that the composition as claimed in any of the foregoing claims is optionally diluted in water and is applied at a pH such that a dispersion is formed from which the adhering polymer is separated in solid form.
12 . Method as claimed in claim 11 , characterized in that an additional cleaning operation is applied.
13 . Polymer, such as (synthetic) resin or polymer-containing mixture, at least practically free of organic solvents.
14 . Method of producing a polymer or polymer-containing mixture as defined in claim 13 , characterized in that the composition as claimed in any of the claims 1 - 10 together with the corresponding polymer or polymer-containing mixture in water is dispersed to form a dispersion, and is then recovered from the dispersion in conventional manner.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
