Transport tape

Abstract

A transport tape for accommodating electronic or optoelectronic components is disclosed, having a multiplicity of pockets for accommodating the components and a multiplicity of pivotable or displaceable lids for closing the pockets.

A transport tape having a multiplicity of pockets arranged next to one another for accommodating the components to be transported, it being possible for the pockets to be closed via a cover, wherein said cover is formed by lids which are arranged on the transport tape in a pivotable manner.  
     
     
         2 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the transport tape has a component tape and a lid tape fixed thereon, said component tape being provided with said pockets for accommodating the articles to be transported, and said lid tape being provided with a multiplicity of said pivotable lids.  
     
     
         3 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said lids are mounted on the transport tape via articulations.  
     
     
         4 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein said articulations are formed in one piece with said lids and a base of the transport tape.  
     
     
         5 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein said articulations are designed as a film hinge.  
     
     
         6 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said lids are secured against opening in the closed position by friction grip and/or form grip.  
     
     
         7 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein said lids have projections which engage in said pockets and become clamped with the latter.  
     
     
         8 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 7 , wherein said projections, with outer peripheral sections, bear over the surface area against inner peripheral sections of said pockets, opposite bottom surfaces of said projections and of said pockets being at a distance from one another, so that an intermediate space for accommodating the components is formed.  
     
     
         9 . A transport tape having a multiplicity of pockets arranged next to one another for accommodating the components to be transported, it being possible for said pockets to be closed via a cover, wherein said cover is designed to be displaceable along the transport tape.  
     
     
         10 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein the transport tape has a component tape which is provided with said pockets for accommodating the articles to be transported, and said cover is designed as a tape which is arranged on said component tape and can be displaced along said component tape.  
     
     
         11 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein said cover consists of a plurality of lids which in each case cover at least one of the pockets and can be displaced along the transport tape.  
     
     
         12 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein said component tape consists of plastic or metal.  
     
     
         13 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein said lid tape consists of plastic or metal.  
     
     
         14 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein the transport tape is provided with guide apertures for guiding the transport tape, for example on a reel or in a feeder.  
     
     
         15 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein the transport tape is a blister tape.  
     
     
         16 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein said component tape consists of plastic or metal.  
     
     
         17 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein said lid tape consists of plastic or metal.  
     
     
         18 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the transport tape is provided with guide apertures for guiding the transport tape, for example on a reel or in a feeder.  
     
     
         19 . The transport tape as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the transport tape is a blister tape.
