Drawer for detergents with built-in distribution valve

Abstract

Drawer for detergents for washing machine or the like, with the body of the valve for distribution of water to the various compartments built into the same drawer in any one of its components: lid of the drawer, spray compartment or back of drawer; the solution is characterised in that the valve body is formed by a mould together with one of the above mentioned components, thus entailing elimination of the fittings, seals and same valve body as an independent component.

1 . Drawer for distribution of the water for the various compartments of the detergents, wherein the improvement comprises a valve body which is formed integrally in any one of the components of the drawer, such as the lid and/or back and/or spray compartment.  
   
   
       2 . Integrated drawer, according to  claim 1 , wherein the improvement comprises the component of the drawer incorporating the valve body, which is obtained by means of single moulding of a plastic material, obtaining a single part composed of the same material.  
   
   
       3 . Integrated drawer, according to  claim 1 , wherein the improvement comprises said drawer, which takes on functions both as drawer, understood as a container of detergents for washing, and as valve body with functions of distribution of the fluid to the various compartments.  
   
   
       4 . Integrated drawer, according to  claim 1 , wherein the improvement comprises the conduits for the circulation of the fluid, which are formed directly in one of the compartments of the drawer, such as the lid and/or back and/or spray compartment, by single moulding.  
   
   
       5 . Integrated drawer, according to  claim 1 , wherein the improvement comprises the tubes, which are joined to the valve body integrated in the drawer by screwing of the tube, with thread, on the threaded seats formed in the drawer.  
   
   
       6 . Integrated drawer, according to  claim 5 , wherein the improvement comprises said threading, which can be triangular or square.  
   
   
       7 . Integrated drawer, according to  claim 1 , wherein the improvement comprises the tubes, which are joined to the valve body integrated in the drawer by hooking of the tube by special mechanisms of snap hooking on the respective seats formed in the drawer.  
   
   
       8 . Integrated drawer, according to  claim 1 , wherein the improvement comprises the tubes, which are joined to the valve body integrated in the drawer by welding of the tube directly onto one of the components of the drawer, such as the lid and/or back and/or spray compartment.  
   
   
       9 . Integrated drawer, according to  claim 1 , wherein the improvement comprises the tubes, which are joined to the valve body integrated in the drawer by gluing of the tube directly onto one of the components of the drawer, such as the lid and/or back and/or spray compartment.  
   
   
       10 . Production method wherein the improvement comprises the snap or screwing or gluing assembly of the tubes on a part, such as the lid and/or back and/or shower compartment, of the drawer for dispensing of the detergents, for washing machines or the like.  
   
   
       11 . Washing machine, wherein the improvement comprises the drawer according to  claim 1.
