Abstract
A closure cap for a container is provided having a container aperture by means of which a container aperture of a container can be released so that medium can be discharged from the container, and be closed so that a discharge of medium is substantially prevented, a container for receiving a medium provided with a container aperture and a closure cap by means of which said container aperture can be closed and opened for discharging medium through said aperture, and a method of manufacturing an integral closure cap.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A closure cap for a container provided with a container aperture by means of which a container aperture of a container can be released so that medium can be discharged from said container and can be closed so that the discharge of medium is substantially prevented, wherein said closure cap comprises at least one circumferentially closed wall section wherein a fin sealing device is provided having at least two fins which are spaced apart in the axial direction of said closure cap and integrally connected to said closure cap.
. The closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein said closure cap comprises a cap body and a hinged lid hinged thereto.
. The closure cap according to claim 2 , wherein said hinged lid is hinged to said cap body by means of at least one film hinged.
. The closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein said cap body is provided with a discharge aperture which can be closed by means of said hinged lid.
. The closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein several fins of a fin sealing device form a closed circle.
. The closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein several fins of a fin sealing device are substantially identical in shape.
. The closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein said cap body is provided with a cover plate in the region of its top end.
. The closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein said cap body is provided with a cover plate in the region of its top end and that in said cap body at least one discharge aperture is provided, which can be closed by means of a cap lid hinged to said cap body.
. The closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein said closure cap comprises a first circumferentially closed wall extending around the longitudinal axis of said closure cap, from which several fins extend substantially radially.
. The closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein said closure cap comprises a first circumferentially closed wall extending around a longitudinal axis of said closure cap and that radially inside said first wall a first channel is provided that extends in the longitudinal direction of said closure cap and is open at its bottom end.
. The closure cap according to claim 8 , wherein the discharge aperture provided in the cover plate connects to said first channel.
. The closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein said closure cap comprises a first wall extending substantially in the longitudinal direction of said closure cap and a second wall extending substantially in the longitudinal direction of said closure cap, said walls being radially distanced from one another.
. The closure cap according to claim 12 , wherein at least one wall of said walls extends around a longitudinal axis of said closure cap, is circumferentially closed and is provided with several fins of said fin sealing device.
. The closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein said closure cap is provided with a thread or at least a threaded portion by means of which said closure cap can be coupled with a container.
. The closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein said closure cap is formed integrally.
. The closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein said closure cap is made of plastics.
. A container for receiving a medium having a container aperture and having a closure cap, by means of which said container aperture can be closed and opened via said aperture for discharging medium, characterized in that said closure cap is configured according to claim 1 .
. The container according to claim 17 , wherein said closure cap is detachably retained at the container.
. A of manufacturing an integral closure cap, in particular of manufacturing a closure cap according to claim 1 , wherein said closure cap is manufactured by injection molding wherein first a portion of said closure cap is manufactured by injection molding and then a fin sealing device having at least two fins is integrally injection-molded onto said portion.
. The closure cap according to claim 10 , wherein the discharge aperture provided in the cover plate connects to said first channel.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
