Abstract

An automatic document feeder including a sloping paper feeding tray, a bearing board and a Mylar is provided. The sloping paper feeding tray is used for accommodating a paper sheet. The bearing board, with its one end being pivotally connected to the sloping paper feeding tray, turns around on the sloping paper feeding tray, while the other end of the bearing board supports the paper sheet. The Mylar, which is disposed between the sloping paper feeding tray and the supporting plate, elastically supports the other end of the bearing board so that an included angle is created between the bearing board and the sloping paper feeding tray. The Mylar includes a junction portion and a supporting portion with the junction portion being flatly adhered onto the sloping paper feeding tray. The supporting portion, which creates another included angle with the sloping paper feeding tray, elastically supports the bearing board.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An automatic document feeder comprising:
a sloping paper feeding tray for accommodating at least one to-be-fed paper sheet; a bearing board, whose one end being pivotally connected to the sloping paper feeding tray, is able to turn around on the sloping paper feeding tray, wherein the other end of the bearing board is used for supporting the to-be-fed paper sheet; and an elastic structure, which is disposed between the sloping paper feeding tray and the bearing board and elastically supports the other end of the bearing board to create a first included angle between the supporting plate and the sloping paper feeding tray.

2 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic structure is a spring.

3 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic structure is a Mylar.

4 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 3 , wherein the Mylar comprises:
a junction portion, which is flatly adhered onto the sloping paper feeding tray; and a supporting portion, which creates a second included angle with the sloping paper feeding tray and elastically supports the bearing board.

5 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 4 , wherein the Mylar comprises:
a bending portion, which is disposed at the terminal end of the supporting portion and bends toward the sloping paper feeding tray.

6 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 5 , wherein the automatic document feeder further comprises:
a slot, which is disposed on the sloping paper feeding tray and is opposite to the bending portion embedded into the slot.

7 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 6 , wherein when the supporting portion is pressed downward, the bending portion will slide towards the slot.

8 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 1 , wherein the automatic document feeder further comprises:
an automatic paper feeding roller set disposed at the bottom of the sloping paper feeding tray for feeding the at least one to-be-fed paper sheet.

9 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 8 , wherein the automatic document feeder further comprises:
a paper feeding pad, which is disposed at the bottom of the sloping paper feeding tray and comes into contact with the flange of the automatic paper feeding roller set for feeding the at least one to-be-fed paper sheet.

10 . An automatic document feeder comprising:
a sloping paper feeding tray for accommodating at least one to-be-fed paper sheet; a bearing board, which, with its one end being pivotally connected to the sloping paper feeding tray, is able to turn around on the sloping paper feeding tray, while the other end of the bearing board supports the to-be-fed paper sheet; and a Mylar, which is disposed between the sloping paper feeding tray and the bearing board and elastically supports the other end of the bearing board to create a first included angle between the supporting plate and the sloping paper feeding tray, wherein the Mylar comprises:
a junction portion, which is flatly adhered onto the sloping paper feeding tray; and
a supporting portion, which creates a second included angle with the sloping paper feeding tray and elastically supports the bearing board

11 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 10 , wherein the Mylar further comprises:
a bending portion, which is disposed at the terminal end of the supporting portion and bends toward a lateral side of the sloping paper feeding tray.

12 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 11 , wherein the automatic document feeder further comprises:
a slot, which is disposed on the sloping paper feeding tray and is opposite to the bending portion embedded into the slot.

13 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 12 , wherein when the supporting portion is pressed downward, the bending portion will slide towards the slot.

14 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 10 , wherein the automatic document feeder further comprises:
an automatic paper feeding roller set disposed at the bottom of the sloping paper feeding tray for feeding the to-be-fed paper sheet.

15 . The automatic document feeder according to claim 14 , wherein the automatic document feeder further comprises:
a paper feeding pad, which is disposed at the bottom of the sloping paper feeding tray and comes into contact with the flange of the automatic paper feeding roller set for feeding the to-be-fed paper sheet.
