Label, syringe body and syringe arrangement with label

Abstract

The label is executed as strip-shaped and adhered as directed in a self-overlapping fashion to a syringe body ( 1 ) which is inserted in a syringe protector formed from an insert ( 5 ) and a receiver ( 4 ). In the longitudinal direction of the strip it successively has a base section ( 11 ), two voucher sections ( 12 a, 12 b ), a protective section ( 13 ), a holding section ( 14 ) and a grip tab ( 15 ). The label can be unrolled and pulled out from the syringe protector by a grip tab ( 15 ) so that the voucher sections ( 12 a, 12 b ) are freely accessible. If necessary, after inserting the syringe body ( 1 ) into the syringe protector, the grip tab ( 15 ) can be extracted through lateral openings ( 24, 25 ) to a certain extent by gently turning the syringe body ( 1 ) relative to the syringe protector and then gripped since the grip tab ( 15 ) is at some distance after sticking the label onto the syringe body ( 1 ). If the grip tab ( 15 ) is provided with a suitable slope, during insertion of the labelled syringe body ( 1 ) into the narrow syringe protector, there is no risk of the label being kinked or otherwise damaged from its free end since the grip tab ( 15 ) lies on the labelled syringe body ( 1 ) during the insertion process.

1 . A strip-shaped label for labelling an object, preferably a syringe body ( 1 ) which has the following sections adjacent to one another in the longitudinal direction of the strip: 
 at least one voucher section ( 12   a ,  12   b ) which can be separated from the remaining label in the longitudinal direction of the strip along at least one separating line ( 18   a ,  18   b ,  18   c ) running in the transverse direction of the strip and which has an adhesive coating ( 16 ) on its underside at least over part of the area,    a grip tab ( 15 ) which is not adhesive on the underside and which, seen from each voucher section ( 12   a ,  12   b , is arranged on the other side of at least one of the separating lines ( 18   a ,  18   b ,  18   c ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip terminally on the label,    and which furthermore has a base section ( 11 ) which on the upper side has an adhesive-repelling surface at least over part of the area and on the underside has an adhesive coating ( 16 ) at least over part of the area.    
   
   
       2 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the base section ( 11 ) is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the strip next to the voucher section ( 12   a ,  12   b ),  
     the voucher section ( 12   a ,  12   b ) can be separated from the remaining label on two sides along separating lines ( 18   a ,  18   n ,  18   c ) running in the transverse direction of the strip, and  
     the grip tab ( 15 ) is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the strip on the side of the label opposite to the base section ( 11 ).  
   
   
       3 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the base section ( 11 ) is arranged under the voucher section ( 12   a ,  12   b ) and the adhesive coating ( 16 ) of the voucher section ( 12   a ,  12   b ) adheres to the adhesive-repelling surface of the base section ( 11 ).  
   
   
       4 . The label according to  claim 3 , which has an initial section ( 26 ) which is arranged terminally in the longitudinal direction of the strip on the side of the label opposite to the grip tab ( 15 ).  
   
   
       5 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the label further has 
 a protective section ( 13 ) which on one side is adjacent to a voucher section ( 12   b ) and on the underside is executed as non-adhesive at least for the predominant part of its area,    a holding section ( 14 ) which is adjacent to the protective section ( 13 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip on the side opposite to the voucher section ( 12   a ,  12   b ) and on the underside has an adhesive coating ( 16 ) at least over part of the area,    wherein the grip tab ( 15 ) is adjacent to the holding section ( 14 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip on the side opposite to the protective section ( 13 ).    
   
   
       6 . The label according to  claim 5 , wherein the adhesive-repelling surface and the protective section ( 13 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip each have at least the same extension as the entirety of the voucher sections ( 12   a ,  12   b ).  
   
   
       7 . The label according to  claim 5 , wherein the extension of the holding section ( 14 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip is smaller than the extension of the protective section ( 13 ).  
   
   
       8 . The label according to  claim 1  wherein the extension of the grip tab ( 15 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip increases continuously over part of the strip width in the transverse direction.  
   
   
       9 . The label according to  claim 8 , wherein the extension of the grip tab ( 15 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip increases continuously over most of the strip width in the transverse direction.  
   
   
       10 . The label according to  claim 8 , wherein the smallest extension of the grip tab ( 15 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip is between 0 and 25 percent of the greatest extension of the grip tab ( 15 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip.  
   
   
       11 . The label according to  claim 10 , wherein the smallest extension of the grip tab ( 15 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip is between 0 and 10 percent of the greatest extension of the grip tab ( 15 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip.  
   
   
       12 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the greatest extension of the grip tab ( 15 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip is at least 3 percent of the extension of the base section ( 11 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip.  
   
   
       13 . The label according to  claim 12 , wherein the greatest extension of the grip tab ( 15 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip is at least 5 percent of the extension of the base section ( 11 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip.  
   
   
       14 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the greatest extension of the grip tab ( 15 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip is at least 1 mm.  
   
   
       15 . The label according to  claim 14 , wherein the greatest extension of the grip tab ( 15 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip is at least 2.5 mm.  
   
   
       16 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the separating line ( 18   a ,  18   b ,  18   c ) extends in the transverse direction of the strip over the entire label.  
   
   
       17 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the adhesive-repelling surface is formed by silicone coating.  
   
   
       18 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein a pressure adhesive coating is provided as adhesive coating ( 16 ).  
   
   
       19 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the non-adhesive areas on the underside of the label are formed by gaps in the adhesive coating ( 16 ).  
   
   
       20 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the non-adhesive underside regions ( 26   a ,  26   b ) of the label are formed by local neutralisation of an adhesive coating ( 16 ) extending over the entire underside of the label.  
   
   
       21 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the separating line ( 18   a ,  18   b ,  18   c ) is constructed as perforation line.  
   
   
       22 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the separating line ( 18   a ,  18   b ,  18   c ) is constructed as punching.  
   
   
       23 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the label has an information imprint.  
   
   
       24 . The label according to  claim 1 , wherein the label is partly transparent.  
   
   
       25 . A syringe body ( 1 ) having a label according to  claim 1 .  
   
   
       26 . The syringe body according to  claim 25 , wherein 
 the label is attached to region of the syringe body ( 1 ) with parallel surface lines,    the extension of the base section ( 11 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip is greater than 50 percent of the circumference of the syringe body ( 1 ) in the region with parallel surface lines and    the extension of the entire label in the longitudinal direction of the strip is greater than the circumference of the syringe body ( 1 ) in the region with parallel surface lines.    
   
   
       27 . The syringe body ( 1 ) according to  claim 26 , wherein the extension of the base section ( 11 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip is greater than 90 percent of the circumference of the syringe body ( 1 ) in the region with parallel surface lines.  
   
   
       28 . The syringe body ( 1 ) according to  claim 26 , wherein the extension of the entire label in the longitudinal direction of the strip is greater than twice the circumference of the syringe body ( 1 ) in the region with parallel surface lines.  
   
   
       29 . The syringe body ( 1 ) according to  claim 28 , wherein the extension of the base section ( 11 ) in the longitudinal direction of the strip is greater than the circumference of the syringe body ( 1 ) in the region with parallel surface lines.  
   
   
       30 . The syringe body ( 1 ) according to  claim 25 , wherein the label is attached on the region of the syringe body ( 1 ) with parallel surface lines in a self-overlapping fashion such that 
 the adhesive coating ( 16 ) of the base section ( 11 ) adheres to the syringe body ( 1 ),    the voucher section ( 12   a ,  12   b ) lies with its underside at least predominantly on the adhesive-repelling surface and    the protective section ( 13 ) covers the voucher sections ( 12   a ,  12   b ).    
   
   
       31 . An arrangement having an outer body with a lateral opening and an inner body inserted in the outer body, wherein the inner body is provided with a label according to  claim 1  so that the label can be unrolled partly from the inner body ( 1 ) by pulling on the grip tab ( 15 ) through the lateral opening of the outer body and can be pulled out of the outer body so that the voucher sections ( 12   a ,  12   b ) can be separated without the need to remove the inner body from the outer body.  
   
   
       32 . The arrangement according to  claim 31  implemented as a syringe arrangement, wherein the outer body is a syringe protector with a receiver ( 4 ) having at least one lateral opening ( 24 ) and an insert ( 5 ) having at least one lateral opening ( 25 ),  
     the inner body is a syringe body ( 1 ) according to  claim 25 , and  
     wherein the label can be unrolled partly from the syringe body ( 1 ) by pulling on the grip tab ( 15 ) through the lateral openings ( 24 ,  25 ) of the insert ( 5 ) and the receiver ( 4 ) and can be pulled out of the syringe protector so that the voucher section ( 12   a ,  12   b ) can be separated without the need to remove the syringe body ( 1 ) from the syringe protector.  
   
   
       32 . A method for documenting a product usage which comprises the handling of an arrangement which has an outer body with a lateral opening and an inner body inserted in the outer body,  
     having the steps  
     labelling the inner body with a label according to  claim 1 ,  
     inserting the labelled inner body into the outer body,  
     partially unrolling the label from the inner body and extracting from the outer body by pulling on the grip tab through the lateral opening of the outer body,  
     separating at least one voucher section of the label directly before usage of the product.  
   
   
       32 . A method for documenting a product usage which comprises the handling of an arrangement which has an outer body with a lateral opening and an inner body inserted in the outer body,  
     having the steps  
     labelling the inner body with a label according to  claim 1 ,  
     inserting the labelled inner body into the outer body,  
     partially unrolling the label from the inner body and extracting from the outer body by pulling on the grip tab through the lateral opening of the outer body,  
     separating at least one voucher section of the label directly during usage of the product.  
   
   
       32 . A method for documenting a product usage which comprises the handling of an arrangement which has an outer body with a lateral opening and an inner body inserted in the outer body,  
     having the steps  
     labelling the inner body with a label according to  claim 1 ,  
     inserting the labelled inner body into the outer body,  
     partially unrolling the label from the inner body and extracting from the outer body by pulling on the grip tab through the lateral opening of the outer body,  
     separating at least one voucher section of the label directly after usage of the product.
