Claims
Abstract
An apparatus for manufacturing ear devices that are individualized for individual. Data of the three-dimensional shape of each individual's area of application for a haring device is provided. Individual shells for the hearing devices are construed by respectively depositing commonly a layer of one of a liquid and a powderous material and solidifying by a laser arrangement in the layer individually shaped layers of the individual shells, thereby controlling the laser arrangement with the data.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for simultaneously manufacturing a plurality of parts of ear devices comprising:
providing data for each of said parts; simultaneously construing said parts of said devices at respective locations, the step of construing said parts including providing at each respective location solidifiable material and solidifying by a solidifying aspect that operates at each respective location on a portion of the material to provide a portion of the respective part utilizing the provided data.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein providing said data comprises providing data of a venting passage and said solidifying comprising solidifying a contour of a venting passage.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the solidifiable material is a material that is solidifiable by laser energy and said solidifying aspect including laser energy.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein said solidifying aspect is moved sequentially to each location.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the solidifying aspect is moved repeatedly to each location in sequence until the part at the respective location is completed.
6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein each part is provided by successive addition of solidified portions.
7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein said solidifiable material is at least one of a liquid and of a powder.
8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the solidifiable material of at least two locations is is commonly provided.Cited by (0)
