Nozzle structure having openable liquid cosmetic discharging hole

Abstract

Provided is an improved nozzle structure having an openable liquid cosmetic discharging hole mounted on the top portion of a cosmetic container. With an application of the nozzle structure, virtually no alien substance or air can be flown in the container through the discharging hole perforated on the nozzle. As for the nozzle structure having an openable discharging hole thereon, an arc openable member is rotatably installed in such a manner that the openable member is not easily escaped from the main body of the nozzle, but bears on a maintaining apparatus. When the openable member is in a closed state, it completely shuts the discharging hole, so no air or alien substance can flow therein. Accordingly, the nozzle structure of the invention can be advantageously used for high functional cosmetic products.

1 . An apparatus for opening/closing a liquid cosmetic discharging hole on a nozzle, the apparatus comprising: 
 a) a main body of the nozzle comprised of a small body with a small external diameter, a head with a large external diameter, a pressing piece formed at one side of a top surface, and a liquid discharging hole perforated towards front;    b) an openable member mounting portion formed of a recessed surface at a front part of the nozzle main body; and    c) an openable member rotatably mounted on the opening member mounting portion.

The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the openable member mounting portion formed of the recessed surface comprises: a support surface that is a step lower than a top surface of the main body, the step being formed at a central portion of the recessed surface towards inside of the main body; a protruded arc surface formed on front/rear surfaces of the head where the recessed surface ends; and a hinge formed on the protruded arc surface.

The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the openable member comprises: a covering surface formed at an inner central portion; a closed/opened surface of the liquid cosmetic discharging hole; a recessed hollow for maintaining a closed state of the openable member formed at an inside surface of both ends of the openable member; a recessed hollow for maintaining an opened state of the openable member formed at the top surface of both ends; and a hinge hole perforated at both ends of the openable member, to which the hinge  205  is inserted.
