Abstract
A composite magnetic body is produced from flat soft magnetic powder subjected to annealing to be free from stress strain is prepared and mixed with a binder and a solvent for dissolving the binder to form a slurry-like mixture. The mixture is formed into a film. Then, the solvent is removed. Thus, a sheet of the composite magnetic body is produced.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 16 . (canceled)
17 . A composite magnetic body produced by the steps of:
preparing flat soft magnetic powder; subjecting said flat soft magnetic powder to annealing to be free from stress strain; mixing, after the annealing step, said flat soft magnetic powder with a binder and a solvent suitable for processing said binder, the mixing step producing a slurry-like mixture; forming said slurry-like mixture into a desired geometry to produce a green article; and removing said solvent from green article to produce said composite magnetic body.
18 . The composite magnetic body of claim 17 , wherein the desired geometry is a film or sheet.
19 . A composite magnetic body produced by the steps of:
preparing flat soft magnetic powder; subjecting said flat soft magnetic powder to annealing to be free from strain; mixing, after the annealing step, said flat soft magnetic powder, a binder comprising chlorinated polyethylene, and a solvent, said solvent suitable for further processing said binder, to produce a slurry-like mixture; forming said slurry-like mixture into a desired geometry to produce a green article; and removing said solvent from said green article to produce said composite magnetic body.
20 . The composite magnetic body of claim 18 , wherein the desired geometry is a planar.
21 . The composite magnetic body of claim 21 , wherein the body is a film or sheet.
22 . A composite magnetic body having a magnetic powder reduced in stress strain, produced by the steps of:
preparing flat soft magnetic powder; subjecting said flat soft magnetic powder to annealing to be free from strain; mixing, after the annealing step, said flat soft magnetic powder, a binder, and a solvent suitable for dissolving said binder, the mixing step producing a slurry-like mixture; forming said slurry-like mixture into a green article of a planar geometry; removing said solvent from said green article to produce a planar composite magnetic body; and pressing said planar body in a direction perpendicular to the plane without inducing stress strain in said powder.
23 . The composite magnetic body of claim 22 , wherein the body is in the form of a sheet.
24 . A composite magnetic member, comprising:
a planar conductive material defining opposing planar surfaces; and two composite magnetic bodies, each of said bodies being a body as defined in claim 17 , 18 , 19 , 20 , 21 , 22 , or 23 , at least one body arranged on each of said opposing planar surfaces.
25 . A composite magnetic member as claimed in claim 24 , wherein each of said bodies is the product as defined by in claim 17 .
26 . A composite magnetic member as claimed in claim 25 , wherein each of said bodies is the product as defined in claim 18 .
27 . A composite magnetic member as claimed in claim 24 , wherein each of said bodies is the product as claimed in claim 19 .
28 . A composite magnetic member as claimed in claim 27 , wherein each of said bodies is the product as claimed in claim 21 .
29 . A composite magnetic member as claimed in claim 24 , wherein each of said bodies is the product as claimed in claim 22 .
30 . A composite magnetic member as claimed in claim 29 , wherein each of said bodies is the product as claimed in claim 23.Cited by (0)
