Abstract
The invention relates to a manufacturing substrate of sheet-like products. The substrate comprises a paper layer ( 9 ) having a first surface and a second surface, a barrier layer ( 10 ) formed on the first surface of the paper layer ( 9 ), and a release layer ( 11 ) formed on the barrier layer ( 10 ). On the second surface of the paper layer ( 9 ) there is a non-stick layer ( 12 ). The invention relates also to a manufacturing method of the above-mentioned substrate, and a rebuilding method of a production line.

a paper layer having a grammage between 30 and 150 g/m 2 and having a first surface and a second surface: a barrier layer formed on the first surface of the paper layer; a release layer on the barrier layer; and a non-stick layer on the the second surface of the paper layer, the non-stick layer comprising a ultraviolet cured silicone.
2 . The multi-layered release liner according to claim 1 , wherein the paper layer is kraft paper.
3 . The multi-layered release liner according to claim 2 , wherein the grammage is about 95 g/m 2 .
4 . The multi-layered release liner according to claim 1 , wherein the barrier layer comprises polyethylene having a grammage between 10 and 30 g/m 2 .
5 . The multi-layered release liner according to claim 4 , wherein the polyethylene grammage is about 19 g/m 2 .
6 . The multi-layered release liner according to claim 1 , wherein the release layer comprises solvent-free silicone, and the release layer has grammage between 0.5 to 1.5 g/m 2 .
7 . The multi-layered release liner according to claim 6 , wherein the release layer grammage is about 1 g/m 2 .
8 . The multi-layered release liner according to claim 1 , wherein the non-stick layer comprises an ultraviolet curing silicone, and the non-stick layer having a grammage from 0.3 to 3.0 g/m 2 .
9 . The multi-layered release liner according to claim 8 , wherein the non-stick layer grammage is about 1 g/m 2 .
10 . A multi-layered release liner comprising:
a paper layer comprising kraft paper having a grammage between 30 and 150 g/m 2 and having a first surface and a second surface: a barrier layer formed on the first surface of the paper layer, the barrier layer comprising a polymeric film having a grammage between 10 and 30 g/m 2 ; a release layer on the barrier layer, the release layer comprising a cured solvent-free silicone, and having a grammage between 0.5 to 1.5 g/m 2 ; and a non-stick layer on the the second surface of the paper layer, the non-stick layer having a grammage from 0.3 to 3.0 g/m 2 and comprising ultraviolet cured silicone.
11 . The multi-layered product comprising:
a multi-layered release liner layer in combination with a bituminous product, the multi-layered release liner layer comprising a paper layer having a first surface and a second surface, a barrier layer formed on the first surface of the paper layer, a release layer on the barrier layer, and a non-stick layer on the the second surface of the paper layer, the bituminous product comprising a sheet-like bituminous layer on the release layer of the release liner layer.
12 . The multi-layered product according to claim 11 , wherein the release liner layer has an area which is not larger than the bituminous layer.
13 . The multi-layered product according to claim 11 , wherein
the paper layer comprises kraft paper having a grammage between 30 and 150 g/m 2 , the barrier layer comprises polyethylene having a grammage between 10 and 30 g/m 2 , and the release layer comprises solvent-free silicone, and the release layer has grammage between 0.5 to 1.5 g/m 2 .
14 . The multi-layered product according to claim 12 , wherein the paper layer comprises kraft paper having a grammage between 30 and 150 g/m 2 ,
the barrier layer comprises polyethylene having a grammage between 10 and 30 g/m 2 , and the release layer comprises solvent-free silicone, and the release layer has grammage between 0.5 to 1.5 g/m 2 .
15 . The multi-layered product according to claim 12 , wherein the non-stick layer comprises an ultraviolet cured silicone, and the non-stick layer having a grammage from 0.3 to 3.0 g/m 2 .
16 . The multi-layered product according to claim 14 , wherein the non-stick layer comprises an ultraviolet cured silicone, and the non-stick layer having a grammage from 0.3 to 3.0 g/m 2 .
17 . The multi-layered product according to claim 14 , wherein the sheet-like bituminous layer on the release layer has a polymeric film layer on the surface of the bituminous layer which is opposite the release layer on the release liner layer.
18 . A method for manufacturing a manufacturing substrate of sheet-like products, the substrate comprising a paper layer having a first surface and a second surface, and in which method a barrier layer is formed on the first surface of the paper layer, and a release layer is formed on the barrier layer, and forming a non-stick layer on a second surface of the paper layer on the same production line as the release layer.
19 . The method according to claim 18 , wherein the non-stick layer is formed by applying an ultraviolet curing silicone in a siliconizing unit, and curing it in a curing unit.
20 . The method according to claim 19 , wherein the siliconizing unit and the curing unit are located between devices which apply the barrier layer and the release layer.
21 . The method according to claim 19 , wherein the siliconizing unit for the non-stick layer and the curing unit for the non-stick layer are located after devices forming the release layer.
22 . The method according to claim 18 , wherein the barrier layer is extruded onto the paper layer.
23 . A method for manufacturing a multi-layered release liner, the method comprising:
continuously forming a polymeric barrier film layer on a paper web having a first and second surface and a grammage between 30 and 150 g/m 2 , the barrier film layer on the first surface of the paper web; continuously applying a curable release composition on the polymeric barrier film layer continously curing the curable release composition on the polymeric barrier film to form a release layer on the polymeric barrier film; and continuously applying a non-stick compositon to the second surface of the paper web before applying the curable release composition or after curing the curable release compositon; and continuously curing the non-stick composition to form the multi-layered release liner.
24 . The method for manufacturing a multi-layered release liner according to claim 23 , wherein the non-stick compositon is a solvent free silicone composition and wherein the curing of the non-stick composition is a ultraviolet radiation cure and is less than 1 second.
25 . The method for manufacturing a multi-layered release liner according to claim 23 , wherein the non-stick compositon is a solvent free silicone composition and wherein the curing of the non-stick composition is a ultraviolet radiation cure and is about 0.1 second
26 . The method for manufacturing a multi-layered release liner according to claim 23 , wherein the polymeric barrier film layer is extruded on the paper layer.
27 . The method for manufacturing a multi-layered release liner according to claim 24 , wherein the polymeric barrier film layer is extruded on the paper layer.
28 . A method for rebuilding a production line of a manufacturing substrate of sheet-like products, the manufacturing substrate comprising a paper layer having a first surface and a second surface, and the production line comprising means for forming a barrier layer on the first surface of the paper layer, and means for forming a release layer on a barrier layer, wherein a siliconizing unit and an ultraviolet curing unit for forming a non-stick layer on the second surface of the paper layer are fit on the same production line as the means for forming the release layer.
29 . The method according to claim 28 , wherein the siliconizing unit and the ultraviolet curing unit are fit between the means for forming the barrier layer, and the means for forming the release layer, or after the means for forming the release layer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
