Abstract

Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.

         6 . A gene delivery system comprising a nucleic acid molecule comprising at least 100 contiguous bases of the nucleic acid sequence described in SEQ ID NO:1  
     
     
         7 . The gene delivery system of  claim 6 , wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule is present in a viral vector.  
     
     
         8 . The gene delivery system of  claim 6 , wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule is present in a cationic lipid complex.  
     
     
         9 . An antibody having immunospecificity for the polypeptide sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.
