Bags comprising closure profiles operated by a slider

Abstract

A bag having closure profiles combined with a slider, wherein an end weld made between the closure profiles is shaped according to a geometry, which is the complement of the slider. Preferential shaping of the weld can be accomplished by pressing the slider on the weld, in a hot welding state, in order to mold the weld in the slider.

A method of producing bags having closure strips actuated by a slider, wherein the method comprises shaping an end weld of closure profiles, by pressing a slider on the weld, in a hot welding state, in order to conform the weld on the slider so that said end weld has a face, which is the complement of a face in regard of the slider.
