Work standard creation system and method, distributed client/server, and computer program storage medium

Abstract

In a work standard creation system, a work related to each work standard is described using an operation phrase representing an operation of the work, an object phrase representing a target of the operation, and a comment phrase representing auxiliary information related to the operation and/or object and input, and the three phrase data input for each work standard are stored in a memory together with identifiers.

       55 . An assembly information management system for creating/editing/managing work standard data related to an assembly work of goods to manage the assembly work of the goods, comprising: 
 a work standard creation subsystem for creating work standard data for an operation of the work;    a standard manhour database having a standard manhour of work standard;    a standard manhour setting subsystem connected to said work standard creation subsystem and said standard manhour database. said standard manhour setting subsystem being adapted to assign a standard manhour of the work standard created by the work standard creation subsystem, referring to the standard manhour database; and    a work assignment subsystem capable of inputting data of a predetermined composition condition, said work assignment subsystem being adapted to download a group of the work standards with the standard manhour data from said standard manhour setting subsystem and allocate the group of the work standard to a plurality of stations on the basis of a composition condition.    
   
   
       56 . The system according to  claim 55 , wherein the work standard data in the standard man hour database are translated to a predetermined language, 
 said work standard creation subsystem further comprises a translation subsystem for translating each phrase of the first work standard group to the predetermined language.    
   
   
       57 . The system according to of  claim 55 , wherein said work standard creation subsystem attaches predetermined image data to the work standard data, and has a memory for storing the work standard data having the image data.  
   
   
       58 . The system according to of  claim 55 , wherein said work standard creation subsystem attaches predetermined voice data to the work standard data, and has a memory for storing the work standard data having the voice data.
