Abstract

Disclosed is a product comprising a container, comprising a toy product and at least one collectible card configured to be used in a card game and said container having a physical shape related to at least one of said toy product and said card game.

1 . A product comprising: 
 a container, comprising: 
 a toy product; and  
 at least one collectible card configured to be used in a card game;  
   said container having a physical shape related to at least one of said toy product and said card game.    
   
   
       2 . The product of  claim 1  wherein said card is configured to be used in an expandable deck card game.  
   
   
       3 . The product of  claim 1  wherein said card includes features related to said toy, where said features have an impact on said card game.  
   
   
       4 . The product of  claim 1  wherein said card game includes features related to said toy.  
   
   
       5 . The product of  claim 1  wherein said toy product is a toy vehicle, and said physical shape is an engine shape.  
   
   
       6 . The product of  claim 1  wherein said toy product is a toy vehicle, and said physical shape is an engine manifold shape.  
   
   
       7 . The product of  claim 1  wherein said toy product is a toy vehicle.  
   
   
       8 . The product of  claim 1  wherein said toy product is a figure.  
   
   
       9 . A product comprising: 
 a toy;    a set of collectible cards configured to be used in a card game related to said toy;    a set of tokens; and    instructions for said card game.    
   
   
       10 . The product of  claim 9  wherein at least one card from said set of cards has features related to said toy, where said features have an impact on said card game, where said features include numerical values.  
   
   
       11 . The product of  claim 9  wherein said toy is a toy vehicle comprising a wheel comprising a translucent or transparent material.  
   
   
       12 . The product of  claim 9  wherein said toy comprises features different from features provided on a similar toy packaged separately from the product, where said similar toy is related to said toy and said card game.  
   
   
       13 . The product of  claim 9  wherein said toy is a toy vehicle comprising a translucent or transparent body.  
   
   
       14 . The product of  claim 9  wherein said toy, said set of cards, and said tokens are packaged together.  
   
   
       15 . The product of  claim 9  wherein said toy, said set of cards, and said tokens are packaged together in a container having a shape related to at least one of said toy and said game.  
   
   
       16 . A product comprising: 
 a toy vehicle;    a starter set of collectible cards configured to be used in a card game related to said toy vehicle;    at least one token; and    instructions for said card game,    wherein said vehicle, said starter set, and said tokens are packaged together.    
   
   
       17 . The product of  claim 16  wherein said vehicle, said starter set, and said token are packaged together in a container, wherein said container has a shape related to one of said toy vehicle and said card game.  
   
   
       18 . The product of  claim 17  wherein said container has a removable lid.  
   
   
       19 . The product of  claim 17  wherein said container has a storage location that stores said cards.  
   
   
       20 . The product of  claim 17  wherein said container has a storage location that stores said toy vehicle.  
   
   
       21 . The product of  claim 17  wherein said container has a storage location that stores said token.  
   
   
       22 . Packaging, comprising: 
 a toy vehicle; and    a starter set of collectible cards configured to be used in a card game related to said toy vehicle;    at least one token;    instructions for said card game,    a container configured to hold said toy vehicle, said starter set, and said token    wherein said vehicle, said starter set, and said tokens are separately displayed in the packaging.    
   
   
       23 . Packaging, comprising: 
 at least one toy vehicle; and    at least one collectible card configured to be used in a card game related to said toy vehicle;    instructions for said card game,    a container configured to hold said toy vehicle and said card;    said vehicle and said card being separately displayed in the packaging.    
   
   
       24 . Packaging, comprising: 
 at least one toy vehicle; and    at least one collectible card configured to be used in a card game related to said toy vehicle;    instructions for said card game,    a container configured to hold said toy vehicle and said card;    said vehicle and said card being located in said container in the packaging.
