Abstract

Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 8 . (canceled)

9 . An isolated polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence drawn from a group consisting of SEQ ID NOS: 2,4,7,9, and 11.

10 . An antibody having immunospecificity for a polypeptide sequence of claim 9:

11 . A gene delivery system comprising an isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising at least 100 contiguous bases of the nucleic acid sequence drawn from a group consisting of SEQ ID NOS: 1, 3, 5, 6, 8 and 10.

12 . The gene delivery system of claim 11 , wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule is present in a viral vector.

13 . The gene delivery system of claim 11 , wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule is present in a cationic lipid complex.
