Abstract

Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 6 . (canceled)

7 . A gene delivery system comprising a nucleic acid sequence drawn from a group consisting of SEQ ID NOS: 1, 4, 6, 8, and 10.

8 . The gene delivery system of claim 7 , wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule is present in a viral vector.

9 . The gene delivery system of claim 7 , wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule is present in a cationic lipid complex.

10 . An isolated polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence drawn from a group consisting of SEQ ID NOS: 2, 5, 7, 9, and 11.

11 . An antibody that selectively binds a polypeptide sequence of claim 10.
