Abstract

A boot for a skate has a shoe frame and a shoe sheath. The shoe frame has a heel shank and an insole. The shoe sheath is mounted on the shoe frame and has a sidewall, an internal soft pad and a leather upper cover. The sidewall has an internal chamber. The internal soft pad is made of resilient material and has multiple air vents defined through the internal soft pad. The air vents improve the ventilation of the sidewall to make a sole of a foot inside the sidewall feel comfortable without sweating easily and also keep the sole from becoming unhealthy.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A boot for a skate comprising
 a shoe frame made of rigid material and having
 a bottom;
 an inner top surface;
 a heel shank mounted on the inner top surface; and
 an insole made of soft material and attached detachably to the heel shank and having a top surface;
   a shoe sheath mounted on the inner top surface of the shoe frame and having
 a hollow sidewall made of fabric, mounted on the inner top surface around the heel shank of the shoe frame and having
 a top opening;
 a bottom opening edge mounted to the inner top surface around the heel shank;
 an outer part surface;
 an inner part surface;
 a wearing cavity formed inside the inner part surface; and
 an internal chamber formed inside the sidewall;

 an internal soft pad made of resilient material, mounted inside the internal chamber of the sidewall and having multiple air vents defined through the internal soft pad; and
 a leather upper cover attached to the outer part surface of the sidewall.

         2 . The boot for a skate as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sidewall further comprises an antibiotic coating attached to the inner part surface of the sidewall, made of titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) photocatalysis to absorb ultraviolet (UV) and react with hydrogen oxide (H 2 O) in the air to generate hydroxyl radical to decompose germs.

         3 . The boot for a skate as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sidewall further comprises an antibiotic coating attached to the inner part surface of the sidewall, made of zinc oxide (ZnO) photocatalysis to absorb ultraviolet (UV) and react with hydrogen oxide (H 2 O) in the air to generate hydroxyl radical to decompose germs.

         4 . The boot for a skate as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the insole further comprises an antibiotic coating attached to the top surface of the insole, made of titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) photocatalysis to absorb ultraviolet (UV) and react with hydrogen oxide (H 2 O) in the air to generate hydroxyl radical to decompose germs.

         5 . The boot for a skate as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the insole further comprises an antibiotic coating attached to the top surface of the insole, made of zinc oxide (ZnO) photocatalysis to absorb ultraviolet (UV) and react with hydrogen oxide (H 2 O) in the air to generate hydroxyl radical to decompose germs.

         6 . The boot for a skate as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the sidewall is formed integrally around the insole.

         7 . The boot for a skate as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the sidewall is formed integrally around the insole.

         8 . The boot for a skate as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the internal soft pad is made of sponge.

         9 . The boot for a skate as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the internal soft pad is made of sponge.
