Abstract
Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are desclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.

6 . A gene delivery system comprising:
1. an isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising the nucleic acid sequence described in SEQ ID NO: 1; or 2. an isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3.
7 . The gene delivery system of claim 6 , wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule is present in a viral vector.
8 . The gene delivery system of claim 6 , wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule is present in a cationic lipid complex.
9 . A substantially isolated polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 or SEQ ID NO:4.
