Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 4 . (canceled)

5 . An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising the nucleotide sequence disclosed in SEQ ID NO: 3.

         6 . A gene delivery system comprising:
 1. an isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising the nucleic acid sequence described in SEQ ID NO: 1; or 2. an isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3.

7 . The gene delivery system of claim 6 , wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule is present in a viral vector.

8 . The gene delivery system of claim 6 , wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule is present in a cationic lipid complex.

9 . A substantially isolated polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 or SEQ ID NO:4.

10 . A substantially isolated antibody having immunoselectivity for the polypeptide sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 or SEQ ID NO:4.
