Primer composition for coating

Abstract

Disclosed is a primer composition for coating having excellent adhesion properties to a substrate and comprising a polyolefin resin or acrylic resin, without the use of a chlorine-containing compound, which primer composition essentially comprises a polymer (A) having at least a unit of a (meth)acrylic ester monomer (a) in which acryloyloxy group or methacryloyloxy group is bonded to secondary carbon atom or tertiary carbon atom.

1 . A primer composition for coating comprising: 
 a polymer (A) having a unit of a (meth)acrylic ester monomer (a) in which acryloyloxy group or methacryloyloxy group is bonded to secondary carbon atom or tertiary carbon atom.    
   
   
       2 . The primer composition for coating according to  claim 1 , wherein the (meth)acrylic ester monomer (a) comprises an alicyclic hydrocarbon group.  
   
   
       3 . The primer composition for coating according to  claim 1 , wherein the (meth)acrylic ester monomer (a) comprises at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of cyclohexyl group, 4-t-butylcyclohexyl group, isobornyl group, tricyclodecanyl group, and 3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexyl group.  
   
   
       4 . The primer composition for coating according to  claim 1 , wherein the (meth)acrylic ester monomer (a) comprises at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of t-butyl group and t-amyl group.  
   
   
       5 . The primer composition for coating according to  claim 1 , wherein the polymer (A) is a copolymer comprising a unit of a (meth)acrylic ester monomer (a) and a unit of another monomer (b).  
   
   
       6 . The primer composition for coating according to  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 another polymer (B) different from the polymer (A).    
   
   
       7 . The primer composition for coating according to  claim 6 , wherein the polymer (B) is a polyolefin resin.
