Abstract

The present invention is a housing fastener for a blower, which comprises a base and a cover. The base is surrounded by a stop rail which comprises a plurality of fixing holes at proper places and a plurality of stoppers being convex at the edge of the stop rail. The cover is covered on the base, which comprises a plurality of buckling members extended out of the edge corresponding to the fixing holes; and concave parts near the buckling members corresponding to the stoppers. By the structure, the base and the cover are fastened to form a fan frame where the buckling members of the cover are firmly fixed to the fixing holes of the base to prevent from easy departure.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A housing fastener for a blower,
comprising a base and a cover, wherein said base comprises
 (1) a stop rail surrounding said base to form a containing space,
 (2) an opening part connected to said containing space,
 (3) a plurality of fixing holes deposited at an edge of said stop rail, and
 (4) a plurality of stoppers each deposited convexly at an edge of one said fixing hole; and
wherein said cover is covered on said base and comprises
 (1) a hollow,
 (2) a plurality of buckling members each of which is extended out of an outer edge of said cover and is corresponding to one said fixing hole, and
 (3) a plurality of concave parts each of which is corresponding to one said buckling member and is deposited at said outer edge of said cover to embed one said stopper.

2 . The housing fastener according to claim 1 , wherein a surface of a section of said stop rail in a direction is curved; and at the opposite direction to said direction, said base includes an opening part shaped to an enlarging outlet which is connected to said containing space.

3 . The housing fastener according to claim 1 , wherein said base includes an incline surface on an edge of said base near said opening part.

4 . The housing fastener according to claim 1 ,
wherein a sleeve is deposited at the center of said containing space corresponding to said hollow of said cover; wherein a coil is deposited on the outside surface of said sleeve; and wherein said sleeve is plugged into a blade wheel having a spindle.

5 . The housing fastener according to claim 1 , wherein a plurality of nut sockets is deposited at the edge of said base.

6 . The housing fastener according to claim 1 , wherein the shapes of said cover and said base are corresponding to each other.

7 . The housing fastener according to claim 1 , wherein said cover includes a tilt surface near said opening part of said base.

8 . The housing fastener according to claim 1 , wherein a plurality of convex ears is deposited at the edge of said cover.

9 . The housing fastener according to claim 1 , wherein said buckling member is shaped to a hook.

10 . The housing fastener according to claim 1 , wherein said buckling member includes a guiding part at a surface of said buckling member.
