Enveloped pesticidal formulations

Abstract

A solid pesticidal formulation, such as wettable powders, water dispersible granules and water soluble formulations, enveloped in a water soluble substance, such as polyvinyl alcohol and so on, wherein the solid pesticidal formulation comprises at least one water soluble hydroxy compound selected from the group consisting of alkanols, alkylene glycols, glycol monoethers, tri- or more valent alcohols, alcoholamines, hydroxyfatty acids and hydroxyfatty acid esters, or water soluble glycol ether acetates is excellent in stability after preserved.

A solid pesticidal formulation enveloped in a water soluble substance wherein the solid pesticidal formulation comprises at least one water soluble hydroxyl compound selected from the group consisting of alkanols, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, alcoholamines, lactic acid and hydroxyfatty acid esters and the solid pesticidal formulation is a formulation selected from wettable powders, water dispersible granules and water soluble formulations.  
   
   
       2 . The solid pesticidal formulation enveloped in a water soluble substance according to  claim 1 , wherein the water soluble hydroxyl compound is isobutyl alcohol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol or butylene glycol.  
   
   
       3 . The solid pesticidal formulation enveloped in a water soluble substance according to  claim 1 , wherein the water soluble hydroxyl compound is ethylene glycol.  
   
   
       4 . The solid pesticidal formulation enveloped in a water soluble substance according to  claim 1 , wherein the content of the water soluble hydroxyl compound is 0.1 to 40% by weight, based on the weight of the solid formulation.  
   
   
       5 . The solid pesticidal formulation enveloped in a water soluble substance according to  claim 1 , wherein the content of the water soluble hydroxyl compound is 2 to 20% by weight, based on the weight of the solid formulation.
