Abstract

The present invention relates a novel packaging system for containing and distributing items, accompanied by a detachable multi-panel information-card/coupon.

1 . A packaging system for containing items, said packaging system made from a blank defined by fold lines comprising: 
 (a) two major side panels; having major edges divided along a fold line to define a tuck flap extending from said major side panel, additionally extending from one of said major side panels is a glue flap;    (b) two minor side panels, one internal, one external, having minor edges extending from said minor side panels;    (c) all major and minor panels having a coated outer surface for printing thereon;    wherein said major and minor panels are connected along said major and minor edges, and said glue flap being sealed under said external minor side panel to form the core of said packaging system; further comprising:    (d) at least one removable folded panel interconnected with said blank along the external edge of the major side panel not containing the glue flap; 
 (i) said removable folded panel connected to blank by a foldline or a perforation;  
 (ii) comprising at least two equally segmented panels separated by either perforations or foldlines;  
 (iii) at least one coated outer surface for printing thereon; and  
 (iv) an internally contained perforation in at least one of said equally segmented panels producing a removable card.  
   
   
   
       2 . The packaging system according to  claim 1 , comprising three equally segmented panels in said removable folded panel.
