Axle fixture for heat dissipation fan and method of manufacture thereof
Abstract
The present invention is an axle fixture for heat dissipation fan and a method of manufacture thereof, comprising steps of the followings: obtaining a shell with an axle at center where a depression is deposed on the bottom with several rabbets which are not connected to the axle; providing a lower mold with a platform and a concave where the shell is covered on the platform and the concave is corresponding to the rabbets; obtaining an upper mold with sprue to cover on the shell where the sprue is corresponding to the concave but not to the axle; and pouring a fixing agent from the sprue into the concave with the guidance of the rabbets so that the axle can be firmly fixed at the center of the shell after the fixing agent is solidified. In this way, an axle fixture can be easily manufactured and the cost can be reduced while the axle can be firmly fixed at the center of the shell.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for manufacturing an axle fixture for heat dissipation fan, comprising steps of:
Step A—obtaining a shell with an axle at center; Step B—obtaining a lower mold with a platform covered by said shell; Step C—obtaining an upper mold with at least one sprue and covering said upper mold on said shell; Step D—pouring a fixing agent from said sprue and fixing said axle at the center of said shell with the solidifying of said fixing agent; and Step E—stripping off said upper mold and said lower mold.
2 . The method according to claim 1 ,
wherein a depression with a punch hole at center is deposed at the center of said shell as locating said axle in said punch hole; and wherein a plurality of rabbets is deposed on said depression around said axle but not connected to said axle.
3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein an acanthoid surface part is deposed on said axle near said shell and is tightly covered with said fixing agent after said fixing agent is solidified.
4 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein a concave is located at the center of said platform and a long hollow containing said axle is located in said platform and is connected to said concave.
5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein said fixing agent is made of a material of zinc.
6 . A method for manufacturing an axle fixture for heat dissipation fan, comprising steps of:
Step A—obtaining a shell having a depression at center, wherein said depression comprises an axle at center and a plurality of rabbets is deposed on said depression around said axle but not connected to said axle; Step B—obtaining a lower mold having a platform with a concave at center, wherein said lower mold is covered by said shell and said concave is corresponding to said rabbets; Step C—obtaining an upper mold covering said shell, where at least one sprue on said upper mold is corresponding to said depression but not to said axle; Step D—pouring a fixing agent from said sprue and, after said fixing agent is solidified, forming a fixture part between said shell and said axle in said concave, wherein said fixing agent is guided by said plurality of rabbets to flow into said concave and wherein said axle is fixed at the center of said shell; and Step E—stripping off said upper mold and said lower mold.
7 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein a punch hole is deposed on said depression while said axle is located in said punch hole.
8 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein an acanthoid surface part is deposed on said axle near said shell and is tightly covered with said fixing agent after said fixing agent is solidified.
9 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein a long hollow containing said axle is located in said platform as connecting to said concave.
10 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein said fixing agent is made of a material of zinc.
11 . An axle fixture for heat dissipation fan, comprising:
a shell with a depression at center, wherein a punch hole is deposed at the center of said depression and a plurality of rabbets is deposed on said depression around said punch hole but not connected to said punch hole; an axle located in said punch hole, wherein an acanthoid surface part is deposed on said axle near said shell; and a fixture part located at said depression wherein said fixture part tightly covers said acanthoid surface part and said axle is fixed on said shell by said fixture part.
12 . The method according to claim 11 , wherein said fixture part is made of a material of zinc.Cited by (0)
