Abstract
The present invention provides a grid controller set upon the through-slot at one side of the grid window on the panel, wherein said grid controller includes a sliding button and a shifting lever, said sliding button is set upon the through-slot, and said shifting lever is pivoted on the shoe plate, one end of the shifting lever appears in a gear section for meshing to the inner rack bar end of the sliding button, the another end is pivoted to the pitman arm linking with the blades. By means of the above-mentioned technique project, the gearing meshing structure of the sliding button and the shifting lever, the contacting area of the finger and the sliding button is increased to make the finger feel more comfortable as operating on the sliding button; as sliding the sliding button in seesaw motion for adjusting the open angle of the blades, the sliding button will not stretch out from the through-slot any more, so as to overcome the shortcomings of the conventional products, meanwhile improve the effect of outward appearance and safety.

2 . A grid controller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said sliding button has a pushing portion formed on the top end with a concave for facilitating to finger contacting.
3 . A grid controller as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said concave of the sliding button is checked crossly into rose work for antiskid.
4 . A grid controller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the back side of the sliding button is built upon with one or more meshing gears to form a rack bar.
5 . A grid controller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said sliding button has a couple of barbed catching dogs built upon the one side of the back side, thereby crossing the side of the through-slot for locating.
6 . A grid controller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said panel, coordinating to the barbed catching dogs, has a groove built upon the back side of the through-slot.
7 . A grid controller as claimed in claim 5 or claim 6 , wherein said barbed catching dog has a step built upon the tip end for launching into the through-slot.
8 . A grid controller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said shifting lever has a circular head in one end for matching to the sliding button, on which meshing gear section is built on.
9 . A grid controller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said shifting lever has a pivoting slot built upon for pivoting to the shoe plate.
10 . A grid controller as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said shifting lever has a pivoting slot built upon for pivoting to the pitman arm.Cited by (0)
