Contents management system, contents management method, and computer program
Abstract
A contents management system manages multiple contents stored in a plurality of apparatuses. The contents management system includes a command input unit that assigns a viewing style for guiding a user to desired contents and a contents search condition; a screen format generating unit that generates a screen format according to the assigned viewing style; a contents search unit that searches a contents providing space constituted by the plurality of apparatuses, each storing contents, according to the assigned search condition; and a contents presenting unit that displays and outputs information on the individual contents searched by the contents search unit on the screen format through mapping.

a command input unit that assigns a viewing style for guiding a user to desired contents and a contents search condition; a screen format generating unit that generates a screen format according to the assigned viewing style; a contents search unit that searches a contents providing space constituted by the plurality of apparatuses, each storing contents, according to the assigned search condition; and a contents presenting unit that displays and outputs information on the individual contents searched by the contents search unit on the screen format through mapping.
2 . The contents management system according to claim 1 ,
wherein the viewing style for guiding to the desired contents is assigned through the command input unit with 5W1H as a clue, and the screen format generating unit generates a screen format for arranging the respective contents in accordance with 5W1H in response to the assignment of the viewing style.
3 . The contents management system according to claim 2 ,
wherein the viewing style for guiding to the desired contents is assigned through the command input unit with “When” of 5W1H as the clue, the screen format generating unit generates, as the screen format, a calendar view in which the contents are divided and arranged in a format of a table in which days of one month are arranged by seven dates to be represented in response to the assignment of the viewing style, and the contents presenting unit maps a representative frame of the contents on a corresponding date column.
4 . The contents management system according to claim 3 ,
wherein, in response to the selection of a specified date on the calendar view, the date column is magnified the representative frame of the contents in the date column is displayed on a magnified scale, and the peripheral date columns are displayed on a reduced scale.
5 . The contents management system according to claim 2 ,
wherein the viewing style for guiding to the desired contents is assigned through the command input unit with “When” of 5W1H as a clue, the screen format generating unit generates, as the screen format, a map view in which the contents are divided and arranged according to geographical information, such as a world map or a Japan map, to be represented in response to the assignment of the viewing style, and the contents presenting unit maps a representative frame of the contents on a corresponding place.
6 . The contents management system according to claim 5 ,
wherein the map view, which emulates a map, has a plurality of cells divided for every predetermined latitude and longitude, and each cell functions as a pedestal on which the contents correlated with the corresponding place are loaded.
7 . The contents management system according to claim 6 ,
wherein the selected pedestal is magnified, an icon loaded on the corresponding pedestal is displayed on a magnified scale, and peripheral pedestals are reduced.
8 . The contents management system according to claim 1 ,
wherein a viewing style for presenting a larger number of contents is assigned through the command input unit, and the screen format generating unit generates, as the screen format, a matrix view for orderly arranging icons of the contents in a lattice shape in response to the assignment of the viewing style.
9 . The contents management system according to claim 8 ,
wherein, in response to the selection of a specified icon of the contents on the matrix view, the corresponding icon is magnified or has an original image size, and peripheral icons are light-colored, such that the selected contents is highlighted.
10 . The contents management system according to claim 1 ,
wherein a viewing style for setting attribute information, such as a contents title or the like, as a clue is designated through the command input unit, and the screen format generating unit generates, as the screen format, a list view having a banner list including a representative frame of the contents, a contents title, a date of the contents, and the like in the response to the designation of the viewing style.
11 . The contents management system according to claim 10 ,
wherein, in response to the selection of a specified banner on the list view, the corresponding banner is magnified, and other banners are displayed on a reduced scale, such that the selected contents is highlighted.
12 . The contents management system according to claim 1 ,
wherein a viewing style for setting a search condition as a clue is assigned through the command input unit, and in the response to the designation of the viewing style, the screen format generating unit generates, as the screen format, a shelf view which has a view style so as to assign the search condition assigned by the user for every shelf.
13 . The contents management system according to claim 12 ,
wherein each shelf has reference information to the contents extracted on the basis of a registered search condition, and, whenever the shelf opens, the contents providing space is searched according to the search condition, such that the reference information to the contents is updated.
14 . The contents management system according to claim 13 , further comprising:
a unit that prohibits the update of the shelf, even when the shelf opens.
15 . The contents management system according to claim 12 ,
wherein, in response to the selection of a desired shelf, the corresponding shelf is magnified, and other shelves are displayed on a reduced scale, such that the selected shelf is highlighted.
16 . The contents management system according to claim 12 , further comprising:
a unit that sets the search condition in an unused shelf so as to register a new shelf.
17 . The contents management system according to claim 1 ,
wherein the contents presenting unit displays and outputs media kinds as information on the respective contents, together with representative frames.
18 . A contents management method which manages multiple contents stored in a plurality of apparatuses, the contents management method comprising the steps of:
inputting a command for assigning a viewing style for guiding a user to desired contents and a contents search condition; generating a screen format according to the assigned viewing style; searching a contents providing space constituted by the plurality of apparatuses, each storing contents, according to the assigned search condition; and displaying and outputting information on the respective contents searched in the searching of the contents on the screen format through mapping.
19 . The contents management method according to claim 18 ,
wherein a viewing style for guiding to the desired contents is assigned in the inputting of a command for assigning the viewing style and the search condition with 5W1H as a clue, and in the generating of the screen format, a screen format for arranging the respective contents according to 5W1H is generated in the response to the designation of the viewing style.
20 . A computer program which is described in a computer readable format to cause a computer system to execute a processing for managing multiple contents stored in a plurality of apparatuses, the processing comprising the steps of:
inputting a command for assigning a viewing style for guiding a user to desired contents and a contents search condition; generating a screen format according to the assigned viewing style; searching a contents providing space constituted by the plurality of apparatuses, each storing contents, according to the assigned search condition; and displaying and outputting information on the respective contents searched in the searching of the contents on the screen format through mapping.Cited by (0)
