Abstract

A malignant tumor-inhibiting preparation is provided which comprises Des A fibrin and therefore can inhibit the spreading and migration of malignant tumor cells and thereby can inhibit the malignant tumors.

1 . A malignant tumor-inhibiting preparation comprising Des A fibrin.  
     
     
         2 . The malignant tumor-inhibiting preparation according to  claim 1 , wherein the Des A fibrin is obtained by the action of a thrombin-like enzyme on fibrinogen.  
     
     
         3 . The malignant tumor-inhibiting preparation according to  claim 2 , wherein the thrombin-like enzymes are naturally occurring preparations or the products of genetic recombination.  
     
     
         4 . The malignant tumor-inhibiting preparation according to  claim 2 , wherein the thrombin-like enzyme is batroxobin.  
     
     
         5 . The malignant tumor-inhibiting preparation according to  claim 1 , wherein malignant tumor cells are epithelial malignant tumor cells.  
     
     
         6 . The malignant tumor-inhibiting preparation according to  claim 1 , wherein the malignant tumor cells are non-epithelial malignant tumor cells.  
     
     
         7 . The malignant tumor-inhibiting preparation according to  claim 1 , wherein the malignant tumor cells are malignant tumor cells derived from neural tissue or malignant tumor cells derived from mesenchymal tissue.  
     
     
         8 . The malignant tumor-inhibiting preparation according to  claim 1 , wherein the malignant tumor cells are melanoma cells, breast cancer cells or fibrosarcoma cells.  
     
     
         9 . A method of inhibiting the growth, invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor in a patient by administering an effective amount of Des A fibrin to the patient.  
     
     
         10 . The method according to  claim 9 , wherein the Des A fibrin is obtained by the action of a thrombin-like enzyme on fibrinogen.  
     
     
         11 . The method according to  claim 10 , wherein the thrombin-like enzymes are naturally occurring preparations or the products of genetic recombination.  
     
     
         12 . The method according to  claim 10 , wherein the thrombin-like enzyme is batroxobin.  
     
     
         13 . The method according to  claim 9 , wherein the malignant tumor is epithelial malignant tumor.  
     
     
         14 . The method according to  claim 9 , wherein the malignant tumor is non-epithelial malignant tumor.  
     
     
         15 . The method according to  claim 9 , wherein the malignant tumor is malignant tumor derived from neural tissue or malignant tumor derived from mesenchymal tissue.  
     
     
         16 . The method according to  claim 9 , wherein the malignant tumor is melanoma, breast cancer or fibrosarcoma.
