Insole with dravite bosses on top surface

Abstract

An insole includes a base with a fiber layer connected on a top surface of the base and a mixture of bonding agent, foaming agent and Dravite powder is mixed into the fiber layer. The fiber layer is connected to the base by the bonding agent and a plurality of bosses are formed on a top surface of the fiber layer by heating the mixture.

1 . An insole comprising: 
 a base having a fiber layer connected on a top surface of the base, a mixture of bonding agent, foaming agent and Dravite powder being mixed into the fiber layer, a plurality of bosses formed on a top surface of the fiber layer by heating the mixture.    
     
     
         2 . The insole as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the base is made by EVA by way of injection molding.  
     
     
         3 . The insole as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the fiber layer is a Polyester fiber layer.  
     
     
         4 . The insole as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the fiber layer is a Nylon fiber layer.
