Abstract

The invention is a computer management system in application of Supply Chain Unit Cell or Cell Group or Boundary Conservation of Value and Quantity, which is a pioneer invention that has never been made known to the public up to this date. The following mathematical management logic model of supply Chain Boundary Conservation of Value and Quantity is utilized to perform the management of Supply Chain Boundary Change of Quantity or Value: ∑ i = 1 i = m ⁢   ⁢ INPUTi + ∑ i = 1 i = n ⁢   ⁢ UCi + ∑ i = 1 i = n ⁢   ⁢ ADJi ⁢   . or ⁢ . MCi = ∑ i = 1 i = p ⁢   ⁢ OUTPUTi + ∑ i = 1 i = n ⁢   ⁢ UCi ′ The invention is specifically appropriate to apply to the supply chain management system concerning any change of quantity or value of raw material, semi-products as well as finished goods etc. It can also be used among the electronic business computer systems in various enterprises supply chain cell groups. In other words, by virtue of the invention of supply chain management system, all businesses will have to set up a virtualized business computer management system so as to be able to sufficiently and effectively control the logistics and costs. By means of the system, it will be greatly helpful to detect and control the raw material, semi-product stocks and finished goods quantity as well as the value of costs etc. It will benefit production, sales market and cost management while entering “e” epoch.

An application of supply chain unit cell or cell group or boundary conservation of value and quantity to computer management system is applicable to detect the supply chain boundary conservation of unit cell or cell group transaction variance of value or quantity supply chain management, which is by utilizing supply chain boundary conservation of value and quantity to carry out 
 (a) the grand total value of three portions of the entrance source inputs supply chain boundary total value, the total value of the before transaction initial phase unit cell, and the extra increased value of the total unit cells of the supply chain, equals to the grand total value of the two portions of the total value of the output source supply chain boundary and the after transaction variance or ending phase value of all the unit cells in the supply chain boundary; and    (b) the grand total quantity of three portions of the entrance source inputs supply chain boundary total quantity, the total quantity of the before variance initial phase unit cell, and the extra increased quantity of the total unit cells of the supply chain, equals to the grand total quantity of the two portions of the total quantity of the output source supply chain boundary and the after transaction variance or ending phase quantity of all the unit cells in the supply chain boundary.
